Villa Frantoio is a magnificent villa that is set on a magical hilltop location, amidst the lush, green countryside of Istria. It is a modern interpretation of an old Istrian country house that offers all the peace, relaxation and luxury that you need for a perfect holiday.
The ground floor includes a large, fully-equipped kitchen that is connected with the dining and living area, all furnished with lots of styles to create an inviting space, bathed in natural light. From there, you have access to a spacious terrace, private swimming pool, and covered areas for al fresco meals and relaxation in the shade. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, patio and pool. There are also 2 guest toilets. Stairs lead from the entrance hallway down to the lower level where guests can enjoy the Finnish sauna, and can also experience the private wine cellar stocked full of local wine. (the bill for consumption is settled up at check-out). On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, two of which have balconies with spectacular views of the Tuscan-Esque landscape with the Adriatic Sea on the horizon.
