The village of Klarici is located in Central Istria. Fazana has a large pebble beach with a possibility of numerous water sports and activities. St. Vicenat (5km away) a charming quiet town in central Istria. This town is centred around a number of beautifully restored 14th and 16th century churches and the fortified monar house. There are also several excellent restaurants and cafés and lately, Vodnjan is quickly becoming one of the top cultural towns in Istria with events taking place every weekend. Rovinj with a 1700 year-old history – the most beautiful and luxury tourist town in Istria with an astounding old city centre – an architectural pearl. Its magnificent buildings and charming streets filled with small art galleries, restaurants and cafes are the destination for tourists from all over the world.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Eigentümer sind extrem bemüht, den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten.
Wir waren als Familie mit mehreren Generationen dort und jeder kam in der Villa auf seine Kosten.
Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend Ferien machen, würden wir die Villa auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Super schöne Villa in Top Lage !
Wir waren mit 10 Personen eine Woche vor Ort. Alle zwischen 25 und 30 Jahre
Die Villa befindet sich absoluter Alleinlage ! Es gibt rundherum absolut keine Nachbarn was uns sehr gefallen hat. Ein sehr netter Empfang durch Frau Zorica würde mit einen Erfrischungsdrink und einen Kuchen abgerundet.
Bei der Einrichtung wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet. Absolut sensationell.
Außerdem haben wir die Villa super sauber vorgefunden
Auch der wunderschöne und große Rasen ist super für alle möglichen Spiele. bzw sportliche Aktivitäten.
Nach Rovinji oder Pula sind es nur ca 25 min Autofahrt.

Wir waren heuer nach 2019 bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Green Frame und können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen ! Die Lage, die Ausstattung, der Wellnessbereich, der Poolbereich und überhaupt alles ist top und ideal für Urlauber, die in gehobener Atmosphere Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Vielen Dank an Marin und Zorica für eine tolle Urlaubswoche - wir werden gerne wiederkommen !!!
My girlfriend and I stayed at Villa Green Frame and we absolutely loved it! We arrived at Pula airport and had pre-booked a hire car (you will definitely need a car as the villa is in a remote little village). We couldn't find the villa at first and Marin (the owner) met us at a petrol station near by and we followed him to the villa, which was really helpful. The villa itself is amazing! It's clean, modern, quirky and impecabily decorated with Mirna's very own artwork. The kitchen and dining room are combined, beautifully furnished and has all the amenities you need for cooking, washing and the like. The bedrooms are again beautifully finished, large, all double beds and all with their own en-suites. When it comes to the outside, the swimming pool is great with plenty of deckchairs for lounging around in the sun. There's also plenty of space for outdoor entertaining such as tables, a BBQ, sink etc as well as some swings and a slide for any children. The garden also houses an outhouse which is... a wine cellar! Here you can buy bottles of local wines which a charged at a reasonable price, a great way to wind down after a long day.
All in all we had an amazing time in Croatia, and an amazing time at Villa Green Frame. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who's thinking for a stay in Istria. Thanks Marin and Mirna, we loved our stay at your beautiful home!
