The beautiful Villa Laeta in Central Istria is the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday with family and friends and can accommodate a total of 10 guests. The villa is located on a spacious plot of 2000 square meters, on which there is a swimming pool and a carefully tended garden.

Upon entering the property you will be amazed .. Charming villa, traditional Istrian decoration with modern furniture, gives the feeling of being at home. The villa itself is divided into the ground floor with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, billiard room and laundry room and the first floor with another living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property also has a small separate building with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. For the youngest guests, the playground in the garden will certainly be a great pleasure, where they can let off steam while the parents relax by the pool or on the sun loungers. On the terrace, there is also a covered area for lunch and barbecues, where the guests of the villa can prepare tasty delicacies. On the property itself, there are relaxation oases with garden furniture, which are ideal for a morning coffee or your favourite book. The large chess piece and a small fountain in the garden complete the overall impression.
