Beautiful Villa Melani offers idyllic family vacation in Istrian countryside for up to 4+2 guests. If you are searching for colourful interior and relaxing exterior, this modern villa with pool is perfect choice.

Villa Melani has 2 cosy bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms, which are located on the upper floor. Each of the bedrooms has an additional sofa bed for one person as sleeping possibility. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room. Next to the house you will find konoba where you can also dine with your family or friends. From konoba and ground floor of the villa you have access to the pool, where you can enjoy hot, sunny days on sun loungers.
Villa Melani is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 2 cars and nice outside dining area with gas grill. .

Villa Melani is located in the small village of Salambati in Central Istria. Due to its excellent location, this villa is the perfect choice for those who seek a peaceful nature, but also the proximity of beautiful sights. Only a short drive away is the romantic town of Rovinj. We recommend you to stroll through the narrow streets and discover the beautiful beach bars and restaurants. Spend a warm summer day on the nearby pebble beaches or visit the largest water park in Europe - Istralandia. Nature-lovers should not miss the Brijuni National Park! Take a walk around the island and visit numerous sights, such as the zoo. After an eventful day, we recommend visiting one of the many family taverns that serve delicious traditional dishes.

Villa Melani: für uns ein Traum!!! Wir sind sehr begeistert von dem gepflegten Haus, dem Garten und dem Pool. Eine solch saubere Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie, wobei auch die davor gebuchten Häuser auf keinen Fall unsauber waren! Die Besitzerin Adriana, ihr Mann Nenad und auch die Tochter Melani sind sehr nett, und kommen 2x wöchentlich, um den Pool zu checken. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, gab es zur Begrüßung eine Wurst/Käseplatte, dazu Brot und eine Flasche Wein. Es sind ausreichend Sonnenliegen und Schirme vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer und auch der Garten + Pool liegen auf der hinteren Seite des Hauses, sodass man seine Privatsphäre sehr ruhig und ungestört genießen kann. Abends haben wir gerne eine Runde Darts oder Kicker gespielt, eine nette Abwechslung. Adriana antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit und kümmert sich umgehend, wenn ein Problem auftaucht und ist auch ansonsten jederzeit ansprechbar. Vielen Dank Adriana, Nenad und Melani für eine sehr schöne Zeit in eurem tollen Haus!!! Wir sehen uns wieder.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, der viel zu schnell vorbei war. Wir waren super begeistert von dem sauberen, gepflegten Haus, sowie dem Pool und dem Garten. Wir hatten 3 kleine Hunde mit dabei, dafür ist das Haus super geeignet da alles eingezäunt ist. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und freundlich, man bekommt eine Wurstplatte mit Wein bereit gestellt was perfekt für das erste Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist. Man kann dort wirklich super entspannen da es sehr ruhig gelegen ist, und man hat auch keine allzu weite Anfahrt an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder in die Stadt nach Rovinj. Wir kommen wirklich sehr gerne wieder, es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Kroatien, aber nicht unser letzter.
