Beautiful villa near Tinjan with a private pool

Villa Pi is a charming stone villa located just outside the picturesque village of Tinjan in Central Istria. This is an old stone house, going back 70 years, that was completely renovated in 2019.

The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 persons, making it perfect for a family vacation. The interior is modern, equipped with appliances of high quality, however, the villa still has its original charm, characteristic of old Istrian houses - colourful wooden windows and stone walls are just an example.
On the ground floor, which has direct access to the pool area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area as well as a cosy living room that offers a fireplace as an extra touch. On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The remaining two bedrooms, both very spacious and equipped with a double bed, are located on the second floor. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom so that the guests could enjoy their privacy completely.
On the outside, Villa Pi offers a large, inviting pool - make yourself a refreshing drink and soak up the sun by the pool or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and enjoy the alfresco on the terrace of the villa. Villa Pi will make all of your wishes come true! .

This villa is situated in a peaceful Istrian countryside setting which makes it a perfect retreat from the rush of modern life. Central Istria with hilltop towns and beautiful landscape is ideal for driving, cycling and walking. Beaches and Istria tourist and historical centres are only a short drive away from the villa. The nearest beaches are located in Porec, where tourism definitely means more than sea and sun. The tourists can easily recognize the city that is keeping its historical values. You can find museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces. The whole old city centre is a living cultural monument. The streets of Poreč are home to numerous atelier galleries and exhibition spaces that tend to tradition in a modern way with their displays. A good way to get to know Istria is through its exceptional gastronomy. The symphonies of flavour in Istrian food are going to arouse all your senses. Istria is a land of delicious food, but the gastronomic pearl is no doubt the truffle.

We (2 families/4adults/4children) spent great week in Villa Pi. The house with it’s beautiful interior design in cosy and feels very warm and welcome. The property is breathtaking and charming, very nicely positioned in small village, sorrounded by nature, which gives great chance for relaxing. Kudos to owners Siniša and Ervin with wifes, for great hospitality and kindness, not only at arrival, but they supported us during the whole stay. We really enjoyed the delicious home proscutto, home made bread, home made spirit and other delicates they provided and shared with us. The Croatians would say ‘’sve pet’’/all good, well in this case all is for 10 and more. Too bad the rating goes only up to five stars! Thank you and we see tou again!

Ein wunderschön und geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus, das auch bei weniger schönem Wetter, wie wir es in der zweiten Urlaubswoche hatten, gefällt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Der kleine Ort hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme, und die Umgebung lädt zum Radwandern und Spazierengehen ein. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unsere Gastgeber: Sie haben uns nicht nur mit örtlichen Spezialitäten am Anfang überrascht, sondern hatten auch immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen und Belange. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
