This beautiful property located on the outskirts of lovely Buje in Istria is a modern 4-bedroom villa perfectly suitable for 8 persons.
It is set on a 615 m2 large plot, offering private parking space for 3 cars and a completely enclosed garden.
In the back of the garden is the inviting private pool where you can relax and enjoy the view of the old town of Buje and the tranquillity of the surrounding nature. Sun loungers, a sitting lounge, and sun umbrellas are all at disposal in the pool area. There is also a covered part on the terrace with a dining table for the whole group to gather together and enjoy meals prepared outdoors on the gas grill. From there, you have direct access to the interior of the villa. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a large sofa and a fireplace in the centre of the room. One bedroom and one bathroom with a shower are located on the ground floor. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are set on the upper floor, each also having access to the terrace - the perfect spot to start your day with a view of the green surrounding! All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a double bed. The villa is decorated in an interesting style with lots of attention to detail and some artistic paintings on the walls. If you want to get out of the comfort of this villa and its pool, its location enables discover Central Istria, as well as the coast. Shortly, a great holiday getaway!.
Amidst the picturesque Istrian countryside and surrounded by magical natural beauties, you will find a small historic town called Buje, which was first inhabited in the Bronze Age. From ancient times, this part of Istria was known for its olive groves and farmlands, which until this day remains one of its main characteristics. The location of the city guarantees a calm and relaxing atmosphere, however for guests that wish to explore the attractions of northwestern Istria, the city of Umag is just a short drive away. Countless historic monuments, a 45 km long beach, Venetian houses, and baroque churches are just a small example of what Umag has to offer. Near Novigrad and only 5 kilometres from the coast, you will find the newly opened Aquapark Istralandia, appropriate both for adults, as well as for children. Some of Istralandia´s highlights include countless waterslides, such as the Free Fall and the Family Rafting waterslides. Next to the waterslides, at Istralandia there are also pools, restaurants, and different recreation programs so it´s basically impossible not to have fun.

Um es kurz zu machen. Ich kann mich der Bewertung von Robert Scheuffele vom 11.08.2022 voll anschließen!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern auf deren Homepage gezeigt. Alles super sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert, zumal auch die Lage perfekt ist. Und zu guter Letzt war auch die Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Toni und Livio sehr gut und verbindlich.

Auch wir können für die Villa Primavera nur 5 von 5 Sternen geben. Ein wunderschönes Haus, modern gestaltet und auch sehr sauber. Einzig die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein. Wir waren mit 2 Familien / 8 Personen für zwei Wochen im Haus. Es gab jeweils nur 8 Teller, die zum Teil auch kaputt waren. Auch optisch waren die Kaffeebecher/-tassen oder die bunten Gläser nicht passend zu diesem modernen Haus, das ist vielleicht aber auch Geschmackssache. Hier könnte die Villa nach unserer Auffassung noch deutlich aufgewertet werden. Ansonsten war aber alles vorhanden. Der Gasgrill im Außenbereich ist eine Grillplatte und super genial. Und dann kommt der Ausblick, einfach genial, Natur pur. Olivenbäume, Weinreben, Mandelbäumchen, einen Pflaumenbaum haben wir entdeckt. Faszinierend gestaltet ist die Außenmauer, die eher eine Glasscheibe ist. So kann man selbst aus dem Pool heraus die Natur den Berg hinab genießen. Oder man schaut den Berg hinauf auf die Kirche von Buje. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die einheimischen Nachbarn sehr nett. Wenn man vorm Haus den Berg hinauf geht, hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die ganze nördliche Küste Istriens, Umag ist zu erkennen. Und im Landesinneren sieht man die fantastische Landschaft, die hier zum Großteil aus Weinbergen besteht. Die Liegen am Pool sind auch sehr gut und es gibt auch ausreichend Schattenmöglichkeiten durch Schirme oder der Überdachung. Der Pool selbst ist super, für 8 Personen groß genug und auch sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber Livio und Toni sind auch sehr nett. Nach einer Woche wurde der Pool und das Haus einmal gereinigt, die Betten neu bezogen und es gab neue Handtücher. Es sind übrigens sehr gute Poolhandtücher vorhanden. Wir hatten zwei fantastische Wochen in der Villa Primavera und können diese auch nur weiterempfehlen. Die Villa ist ihren Preis definitiv wert.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber, die Lage ist optimal, sehr ruhig und trotzdem gut für alle Urlaubsaktivitäten.

Wir verbrachten in der Villa 3 Wochen, Villa im Top Zustand, sehr gut ausgestattet, hier kann man sich erholen, die Villa liegt neben Oliven Bäumen, man hat hier absolute Ruhe. Alles ist schnell zu erreichen, auch das Meer. Wer hier keinen Urlaub macht , hat was verpasst.
Traumhafte Villa , sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles super sauber und in top Zustand . Der Weg zum Meer ist auch nicht weit und der Blick in die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Haus ist einfach toll.Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
In dem Ort selbst gibt es auch alles was man braucht.
Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit .
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Buje.
