Beautiful villa tastefully decorated for your dream holiday. This property offers luxurious accommodation in 3 bedrooms furnished with special attention to detail.

Each part of the villa has a beautiful piece of art to show, which blends perfectly in the relaxing atmosphere of this property. The villa is well-equipped and maintained and it offers gated parking space for two vehicles. Our large private swimming pool is there for your joy and refreshment on the hot Istrian summer days. The property is air-conditioned and it offers SAT-TV and Wi-Fi service as well as a security system for our dear guests. The villa is nicely located on the edge of a small Istrian village and it offers privacy and peace which makes it a perfect hideaway for a relaxing and peaceful family vacation.

Der vorherigen Bewertung kann ich mich nur anschließen. Bedarf für kleine Erneuerungen am Haus sind da, jedoch schränken sie nicht ein. Die Ansprechpartnerin ist sehr sympathisch und bei Bedarf konnte man sich immer bei ihr melden. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, mit allem was benötigt wird und war ausreichend für uns 7 junge Personen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm und innerhalb 20min Autofahrt können auch größere Supermärkte erreicht werden. Die Terrasse, der Garten und Pool sind ebenso optimal ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt am Anfang eines Dorfes von 12 Häusern in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, 10 Minuten von Sveti Lovrec entfernt. Dort oder in Kringa gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man einkaufen kann. Das Haus wird seit 14 Jahren vermietet und benötigt deshalb eine liebevolle Hand für kleine Erneuerungen: die Türen quietschen, Toilettendecken sind wackelig, warmes Wasser kommt erst nach 7 Minuten aus der Leitung. Es ist aber ein sehr gemütliches Haus mit einer toll ausgestatteten Küche: ausreichend Teller, Besteck, Gläser. Nur leider fehlen 2 Kannen: eine für Tee (es gibt nur eine Kaffeekanne) und eine für Wasser oder Saft. Der pool ist wunderbar kühl und eine herrliche Erfrischung am morgen oder warmen Nachmittag. Mikaela ist eine liebevolle Betreuerin des Hauses, die gleich reagiert hat, als kein Warmwasser kam.

Unsere Familie hatte eine ganz tolle Urlaubswoche in der Villa Ribari. Wir sind von einer stressigen Anreise dort angekommen und haben uns direkt von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Übergabe bei der Ankunft (als auch bei der Abfahrt) hat bestens geklappt und war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt - es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und wir haben in den Betten super geschlafen. Der Pool ist klasse und die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Villa Ribari ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail von den Eigentümern eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Menge Ablageflächen und Stauraum in den Bädern sowie Schafzimmern. Das große Grundstück ist gepflegt und der Poolbereich mit Grill-Areal sehr schön angelegt. Wir hatten eine Menge Schmetterlinge und ein paar Ameisen in der Küche, die man aber bekämpfen konnte. Alles in allem war es für unsere Familie die perfekte Unterkunft für einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit Hund!!!

The time spent in villa Ribari would be awesome except for one thing. There is a construction site at the very vicinity of the garden, clearly visible from the pool area. The construction site is not displayed on the photos advertising the villa which is misleading for prospective guests and therefore vastly unfair. The workers toiled at constructing walls with impeccable work ethic so no leisure was possible apart from Sunday and national holiday. But the villa alone was great. Wonderful pool, great interior and ambience.

We are very sorry for your experience at Villa Ribari.

Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on the construction work going on on the neighbouring property and we can not document with photos every change that happens. However, after you left Villa Ribari, all the construction work taking place on the outside of the neighbouring house has been finished and we can confirm that there won´t be any construction works in the season 2020.
