Beautiful family villa with pool in Central Istria

We thank you for your criticism, we will surely take them into consideration. 

We are always striving to give the best to our guests and we pay much attention to the cleanliness of the villa. In fact, we have never had any complaint regarding the cleanliness of the villa before. We regret to hear that this time the cleaning lady left dust below the beds and couch, we will definitely make sure she does not skip any parts of the villa next time. 

 We regret the incident with the mold but at this point we have to precise that it appeared after it had been raining heavily for three days in a row. We immediately took action and had the roof inspected. We found out that the gutter on the roof was full of water and that is why the water was draining very slowly. We resolved the situation, disinfected the walls properly and had them repainted. We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately such things do happen sometimes due to extremely bad weather. 

 The pool is thoroughly cleaned twice a week. The edges are not at all neglected but the color faded away because of the sun. Unfortunately, during high season, the plastic filter in the pool got cracked, causing some minor leak. In order to resolve the issue, we have to completely drain the pool and remove all the slabs around it. We will definitely do that once the season is over and no other guests are coming.

The outdoor kitchen and furniture will be entirely replaced for the next season.

Dear Mr. Weißenrieder,

thank you for your review, much appreciated, though I would like to reply to some of your comments. 

We had a gas grill installed until last year but we have changed it recently with an electric one, which is to be found in the outdoor kitchen. I believe the use of the latter is not much more complicated. Nevertheless, I will check with the agency if they had applied the change in the description of our amenities. In addition to the electric grill, there is also a charcoal grill in the garden and right beneath it, there was half package of charcoal, together with a package of ignition cubes. 
In the indoor kitchen, inside the cabinet under the kitchen sink there was a new package of washing capsules and dishwashing liquid. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience regarding the hotplates. Had we known about the problem, we would definitely had them repaired before your arrival. A swimming pool service technician comes twice a week - a day before the guest’s arrival and a day during the week, usually on Wednesdays, I apologise if he was late during your stay. Nevertheless, I really hope you had a great holiday in our Villa Sorella 2. We were happy to have you and your family here in Croatia.
