Set on the outskirts of the quaint historic village of Kringa amidst the wooded hills of the picture-perfect Istrian countryside this luxury villa provides a great location for those who wish to enjoy peaceful, unspoilt, yet interesting surroundings in great comfort. Its modern design blends beautifully into the natural setting with the clean, minimalist lines and floor-to-ceiling glass doors bringing the abundance of warm Istrian light inside.

The simple, soft colours and textures of the high-standard furnishings create a warm and pleasant atmosphere in the four bedrooms with modern ensuite bathrooms and the wonderful spacious living area, ideal for the whole party to gather. Open plan to the living room is a great kitchen with a dining table that leads out onto a shaded patio with an additional dining room and a modern summer kitchen facing the beautiful large lawned garden which surrounds the attractive pool area. Your little ones will enjoy their very own outdoor playground. Villa Speranza lies in a peaceful countryside setting and is therefore not suitable as a party house. Youth groups are not permitted.

Super großzügiges Haus mit großem Pool. Es fehlt an nichts. Whirlpool, Gasgrill, Tischkicker. Alles bestens. Auch die Lage ist topp. Kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker in 500 Meter Entfernung. Nette Gastgeberin, hat regelmäßig nach dem Pool geschaut und nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Definitiv zu empfehlen.

Geweldige villa met mooie kamers die allemaal voorzien zijn van een eigen badkamer en airco. Heerlijk zwembad met voldoende ruimte in de tuin om de kinderen te vermaken. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door de eigenaren. Absolute aanrader.

Villa Speranza hält sein Versprechen. Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und haben nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung entspach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das in der Zwischenzeit gebaute Nachbarferienhaus störte überhaupt nicht. Der natürliche Sichtschutz war bis zu zwei Meter hoch, sodass wir die Nachbarn kaum wahrgenommen haben. Der Pool mit seiner Größe und die beschattete Terrasse mit Gasgrill waren ein Highlight !!!! Die Lage / Standort der Villa war perfekt. Porec, Rovinj, Novigrad, Rabac und vieles mehr....waren für abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Auch wir erhielten ein Begrüßungsgeschenk, zwischendurch kroatische Köstlichkeiten. Fazit: Die Villa mit ihrer Austattung und Lage ein Rundumsorglospaket

Sehr schöne Villa mit viel Komfort. Alle 4 sehr gut ausgestatteten Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind mit Klimaanlage. Auch der Wohnbereich und Küche sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Swimmingpool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur und war auch zum Schwimmen genügend groß. Es wurden uns 8 Liegen zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir wunderbar relaxen konnten. Auch ein großer Garten mit sehr schönem Weitblick ist an der Villa. Den tollen Gasgrill in der Aussenkueche nutzten wir fast jeden Tag. Die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns eine Flasche Wein und selbst gemachte kroatische Wurst vorbei gebracht. Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen

Die Villa Spranza (Nada) hält was die Bilder versprechen. Die Inhaberfamilie ist überaus nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie sind jederzeit erreichbar da sie nur zwei Häuser wohnen. Bei Ankunft ist der Kühlschrank schon mit diversen Dingen gefüllt gewesen. Weiter stand uns eine riesige Schale mit Obst zur Verfügung. Weiter wurden wir mit istrischem Schinken, Wurstwaren sowie Wein und Schnaps verköstigt. Im Ort gibt es einen winzig Markt, in dem man die nötigsten Lebensmittel und Brotwaren einkaufen kann. Die Reinigungsarbeiten im Haus sowie die Gartenarbeiten erledigt die Familie in Eigenregie. Wir können die Villa und damit verbunden die Inhaberfamilie voll und ganz weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko welches sicherlich subjektiv zu beurteilen ist, uns aber gestört hat. Es ist zwischenzeitlich eine weitere Villa hinter der Villa Speranza entstanden (Rohbau) welche die wundervolle Aussicht (auf den Bildern noch nicht zu erkennen) beeinträchtigt. Wir möchten uns bei Gordana für die Gastfreundlichkeit und das überaus grosszügige Entgegenkommen bedanken. Familie Ulmer
