Modern villa with infinity pool in Central Istria

Villa Terra Gialla is a newly-built villa for the season of 2014. This modern interpretation of a traditional Mediterranean house is located in the heart of Istria, Croatia in a group of 5 villas.

The villa architecture ensures complete privacy around the pool area and the outdoor space is beautifully designed with plenty of space and a big infinity pool. You will also enjoy the barbecue and al-fresco dining area. The carefully tended garden has a watering system so it will always be green. Inside, there is a beautiful open space living area flooded with light and big glass doors on to the pool area. Upstairs there are 3(2) bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are actually a family room divided by sliding doors with a double bed in one part and bunk beds in the other part of the bedroom. The entire house is fully air-conditioned and there is WiFi internet access. All in all, ideal for a perfectly relaxing holiday. There is a conveniently located grocery store just 50 m from the villas. If you are a bigger party look for villa Terra Nerra and Terra Rossa.

Wir waren 2 Wochen da und im Großen und Ganzen gibt es nichts zu beanstanden...die Außenanlage und der Pool sind top! Die Villa insgesamt kommt etwas in die Jahre...Reparaturen werden eher seltener gemacht, das haben wir dann übernommen! Den Stern Abzug gibt es, weil in der Beschreibung nicht steht, dass an diesem Eckgrundstück mehrere Straßen vorbei führen, wo bis nachts Mopedgeknatter und tagsüber LKW- und Baufahrzeuglärm die gewünschte Ruhe stören! Schade... Tina war super lieb und hatte auf jede Frage eine Antwort parat... Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub gewesen!!!

Einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir bisher erlebt haben. Das Dorf Sveti Petar u Šumi liegt in einer malerischen Gegend Mitten in Zentralistrien. Die Villa Terra Gialla bietet ein exclusives Interieur, sehr behaglich und großzügig. Das Anwesen mit großer Gartenanlage, wunderschöner Terasse und Pool ist sehr angenehm gestaltet. Die Anlage ist Top gepflegt. Frau Tina Dajčić, die Chefin, steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und wohnt unmittelbar in der Nähe. Wer in der heute hektischen Zeit wirklich zur Ruhe kommen möchte, dabei aber auch die Touristenstädte und das Meer besuchen möchte, liegt mit der Villa Gialla genau richtg. Entspannung pur !
