Modern villa with infinity pool in Central Istria

Villa Terra Rossa is a newly built high class modern villa. This modern interpretation of a traditional Mediterranean house is located in the heart of Istria, Croatia in a group of 5 villas.

The villa architecture ensures complete privacy around the pool area and the outdoor space is beautifully designed with plenty of space and a large infinity pool with a separate hydromassage. You will also enjoy a stone built barbecue and al-fresco dining area. The carefully tended garden has a watering system so it will always be green. Inside, there is a beautiful open space living area with a designer kitchen and central fire place. Everything is flooded with light and big glass doors on to the pool area. Two of the bedrooms are around the pool on the ground floor and two are upstairs - all with en suite bathrooms. For extra space you can use the gallery above the living area with a single sofa bed. The entire house is fully air-conditioned and there is a conveniently located grocery store just 50 m from the villas. All in all, ideal for a perfectly relaxing holiday. If you are a bigger party look for villa Terra Nerra and Terra Gialla.

Villa Terra Rossa is nested in the romantic and medieval town of Sveti Petar u Sumi, in the heart of Istria. Sveti Petar u Sumi is just a stone´s throw away from the towns of Tinjan, Pazin and Porec. Visit Porec, one of the most beautiful cities in Croatia. It is known for its cultural heritage and especially for the Euphrasian Basilica, that was built in the 6th century and is considered to be one of the most beautiful works of art in the whole world. Here you can find a wide variety of beautiful sunny beaches, excellent restaurants, cafes and bars. If you want to experience an adventure, then visit the biggest water park in Europe - Istralandia.

The villa is brand new, everything was perfect.

Super miejscówka - u właścicielki wynajmowaliśmy już kilka domków i za każdym razem jest idealnie. Czysto, nowocześnie i zawsze w miłej atmosferze. Do morza niedaleko (30 min) - można wyskoczyć w każdej chwili jak znudzi się Wam opalanie nad basenem. Dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi idealne połączenie - POLECAM :)
