The pool area is absolutely inviting, as you can unwind and enjoy the view of the Kvarner Bay and neighbouring islands while freshening up in the private pool or relaxing in the shade of the covered lounge area next to the pool.
This villa with an unusual name offers absolutely everything for a great family holiday. It consists of 3 bathrooms and 4 spacious and cosy bedrooms- three have a double bed, and one consists of two single beds. Space for additional two guests is on the sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom is located on the lower ground floor and has direct access to the garden. Above, on the ground floor, there is a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The upper floor is where the remaining 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are. There are also two balconies on this floor, which, along with all other terraces and lounge and sitting options, makes this house absolutely perfect for nature lovers and all those who like to soak up the outdoor atmosphere all the time. Besides the dining area in the villa, there is also a dining table on the terrace with access from the living room, as well as on the covered terrace with the extra outdoor kitchen, where a gas and charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. If you want to switch the lovely infinity pool with swimming in the sea, the nearest beach is just about 1,5 km away. The villa has two private parking spaces and a garage as well.
Beautiful Villa Kvija Adria is located just a short drive away from the centre of Rijeka, in Kostrena, an old popular seaside town. Kostrena is known for its beautiful beaches, clear seawater and a 3 km long promenade along the coast with restaurants and bars. The first beaches are within walking distance from the villa. You can enjoy scuba diving, sailing, jet skiing as well as cycling and jogging. Archaeological sites on the highest hills over Kostrena can also be found from where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. The beautiful island of Krk can be reached in an approx. half-hour drive as well as the mountains Ucka, Platak, and Gorski Kotar.

Tolle Villa, super Pool, viel Platz, alles sehr komfortabel.
very nice accommodation, you feel comfortable and everything is very clean. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities and it is a lot of fun to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The view is amazing and the surrounding is very quiet. the accommodation is not in a tourist area, but shops and Rijeka are within easy reach. there is a footpath to the sea, which takes about 20 minutes. The hedge is now much higher than shown in the pictures, but you can't let dogs run free as there are some gaps in the hedge. The only thing we have to complain about is the pool heating, which is absolutely not efficient. A sunny day heats up a hundred times better. 200€ for that is pretty outrageous. Even if you, like us, would like to have a pool suitable for swimming, especially in spring, hope for good weather, but don't spend your money for the heating...

Um es kurz zu sagen, die Villa ist traumhaft!
Wir wurden in der Villa freundlich von Sanja empfangen. Sie hat uns das Haus gezeigt und darauf hingewiesen, dass wir uns bei Fragen jederzeit melden können. Sie war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit!
Wir waren mit 7 Personen im Haus, Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Neben einer Sitzmöglichkeit neben dem Pool gibt es noch einen großen Tisch in der Außenküche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Wohngebiet von Einheimischen.
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub!
We had a very nice time here. The villa is comfortably spacious and has wonderful views to the sea. It well equipped and has great indoor and outdoor features as well. The kids loved the pool and we loved the patio next to it. There are great shopping sites in the area and the nearest beach is nice.

Sehr schöne Villa mit großem Pool und traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer! Durch die vielen Sitzplätze um das Haus findet man immer einen Platz im Schatten. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. In der Küche ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Wir wurden von der Hausverwalterin Sanja sehr herzlich begrüßt. Der Ort an sich ist kein typischer Touristenort. Man befindet sich hier unter Einheimischen und es ist sehr ruhig. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub zum entspannen.
Die Villa hat eine tolle Lage, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bei Fragen wurde einem stets sehr schnell weitergeholfen.
Es war alles sehr sauber, sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Outdoorküche haben wir regelmäßig genutzt und es fehlte an nichts. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub mit Erwachsenen und Kind

Super Haus, wir waren mit allem zufrieden! Ausblick, Ausstattung TOP!
Wir waren zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Dabei war der Pool perfekt!
Alles in allem einfach ein Traum!
Eine Woche haben auch wir in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Nach einem sehr sehr netten Empfang und einer Führung durch das schöne Haus und den Garten, konnten wir dort eine sehr entspannte Woche verbringen. Es gibt unserer Meinung nach nichts zu kritisieren. Das Haus ist innen und außen im besten Zustand, der Pool sehr sauber und auch die Außenküche und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten sind top. Was auch sehr positiv für uns war, es ist hier sehr ruhig - keine anderen vermieteten Villen sondern nur Einheimische als Nachbarn. Also für uns war es top - sehr zum empfehlen. Der Ausblick ist hier ein Traum! Toller Urlaub!!!

Marta ist eine sehr, sehr gute, freundliche und offene Vermieterin.
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Männern im Alter zwischen 20-27. Oft stoßen solche Gruppen auf wenig Toleranz, wenn es um die Vermietung von Unterkünften geht, jedoch nicht bei Marta.
Die Nachbarschaft hat sich tatsächlich ein, zwei Mal beschwert, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Das angrenzende Umland ist sehr "roh" und eine Baustelle grenzt an die Unterkunft, was aber ebenfalls nicht störend gewesen ist.
Aufgepasst werden muss im Pool auf den Abfluss zur Filteranlage, diese hat bei uns eine Badehose und ein paar andere Accessoires geschluckt.
Die Unterkunft an sich ist wunderschön. Ausblick, Ausstattung, Zimmer, Pool, Garten und das Mobiliar ist perfekt geeignet als Basis für einen rundum gelungen Urlaub. Wir können die Villa Kvija Adria ausdrücklich empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Wir waren 1 Woche in der wunderschönen Villa Kvjia Adria. Die Villa ist zwar nicht so ganz freistehend wie es auf den Fotos dargestellt wird, ist aber trotzdem sehr schön. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft schön. Die Ausstattung ist wie zu Hause, es fehlt wirklich nichts.
Was uns etwas gestört hat, das Grundstück ist zwar fest verschlossen mit elektrischen Gartentor, aber rundherum ist die Mauer zum drüber steigen. Wiederum an anderen Stellen ist die Mauer zum abstürzen. Für kleinere Kinder daher nicht geeignet. Ein Hund könnte auch weg laufen. Da auch gegenüber im Grundstück drei große Hunde sind. Dies soll keine Kritik sein, wir wollen es nur anmerken und anderen Mietern mitteilen.
Für uns war ein sehr toller Urlaub und wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.
