Charming Villa Salt and Sand is a perfect choice if you are searching a villa near the beach for your holiday! Villa consists of 3 apartments in one house. The apartments are only rented together as a single unit to only one group of guests.

One apartment is a studio with sofa bed for two and one single bed. Apartment 2 consists of 2 bedrooms - one double bed, one single bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two. Apartment 3 consists of 2 bedrooms - each with double beds. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two. Private pool in the green garden is also for a private usage to only one group of guests. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun or prepare delicious meals for your friends or family on charcoal barbecue. With walking distance to the beach and beautiful view of the bay, Villa Salt and Sand provides everything for an enjoyable holiday for max 8+4 guests.

Good connections with the mainland, good tourist structures, diverse coastline full of small bays overlooking the crystal clear sea and beautiful nature, a variety of opportunities for fun and relaxation, are the reason why Krk is one of the most interesting target for tourism. Krk is a special island, a world unto itself, unique in its peace and purity, which is easy to reach because of its connection with mainland with the Krk Bridge and has its own airport, some 30 km from Rijeka.

Die Lage und der Ausblick der Villa ist top! Klasse Pool. Für stabilere Personen sind die Betten nicht geeignet! Defekte Matrazen! Achtung Rückenschmerzen !!! Steckdosen verschmort! Stühle und Liegestühle defekt und ganz billig! Wein wurde uns gezeigt zum verzehren! An der Abreise mussten wir 8 Flaschen Wein mit 10 Euro pro Flasche bezahlen! Kein Preis Info am weinschrank! Vermieter kommt einfach so über den Zaun aufs Grundstück! Trotz Versicherung Alianz mussten wir eine Kaution bezahlen 200 Euro! Frechheit ! Handtücher viel zu klein! Für den Preis habe ich mir mehr vorgestellt und bin enttäuscht! ??

Wir haben den Sachverhalt mit dem Vermieter der Villa Salt and Sand überprüft.
Der Vermieter hat diesbezüglich bestätigt, dass mit den Matratzen und Liegestühlen alles in bester Ordnung ist und dass diese ordentlich zum Gebrauch zur Verfügung stehen.
In Bezug auf den Wein, erklärte uns der Vermieter, dass sich neben dem Weinkühlschrank eine Preisliste und eine kurze Geschichte über die Weine befindet. Es ist im Allgemeinen üblich, dass Villen, die diese Art von Service anbieten, eine Zahlung für die Nutzung beantragen.
Wir entschuldigen uns, falls es bezüglich der Kaution zur Verwirrung gekommen ist.
Es tut uns leid, dass die Villa Ihren Erwartungen nicht entsprochen hat, aber wir hoffen, dass Sie trotzdem in der Villa einen schönen Urlaub verbracht haben.

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus in toller Lage mit wunderschöner Aussticht auf das Meer und den Hafen von Punat. Igor, der Eigentümer der Villa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns alles erklärt. und uns gut betreut. Wie beim Ankommen angekündigt hat sich Igor täglich in den frühen Morgenstunden um die Wartung vom Pool gekümmert. Besonders die Küche im Außenbereich hat uns gut gefallen und war während unserer Urlaubszeit mit 3 Generationen das Zentrum gemeinsamer Begegnungen und der Pool wurde täglich sehr gerne genutzt. Wir haben die Insel Krk ausgiebig erkundet, viele Ausflüge gemacht und wunderschöne Erlebnisse gehabt. Vielen Dank an Igor😃
