Villa Casta Diva is a spacious modern villa that resides near the sea, has a large infinity pool in the garden, a panoramic view of the sea from all the bedrooms, and a nice indoor spa area with both a sauna and lanconium room (dry sweating room).
There is a 58m2 infinity pool in the large garden where you can take a refreshing swim during a hot summer day, but even on colder days it is not necessary to skip the swimming pool due to the available pool heating. The pool is equipped with a countercurrent swimming system and a waterfall. Next to the pool, there is a sunbathing area, perfect for working on that summer tan while sipping a cold drink and reading your favourite magazine. There is also a hydromassage area at your disposal next to the pool in which you can relax in the evening while the sun sets slowly over the villa. The children can look forward to a children's playground! At your disposal, you have a garden table and chairs where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. There is an outdoor dining area in the garden which is covered so you can enjoy alfresco meals any time no matter the weather conditions, and you have a large BBQ area to show off to your friends and family those Masterchef grill skills you have been working on. From the garden terrace, you have an entrance to the spa zone where you have a lanconium and sauna at your disposal to relax and forget about any troubles you may have involuntarily brought with you on your vacation. The spa zone has its own bathroom for convenience. Step inside the villa, and you will find a spacious open floor plan living room, kitchen, and dining room. There is one bedroom at your disposal on the ground floor with its own ensuite bathroom. There are three more bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom, and there is a first-floor terrace with a sitting area with an amazing view of the sea. The villa also features a private gym. The villa is well suited for autumn and winter vacation as well, as all bathrooms in the house have underfloor and wall heating, as does the spa zone, and the hydromassage tub next to the pool is heated at 36-40°C throughout the year. There is a fireplace in the living room for that extra comfort on colder days.

Viskovici is a small hamlet in the Rasa municipality in southeast Istria, an area of the most beautiful and peaceful nature filled with many bays, capes, beaches and hills. This area is well known for its hiking and biking trails, as well as some wonderful diving locations. Some 15-20 kilometres away you will find two neighbouring towns of Labin and Rabac, one coastal and one few kilometres inland. Labin is the perfect place for art and history lovers, and Rabac is well known for its wonderful beaches and gastronomy. If you want to explore the wider Istrian area, you can plan trips by car to Pula or Rovinj which are close by. You can spend a day exploring each of those two ancient coastal Roman cities as they both have many historical and cultural sites to explore like the Arena in Pula or the beautiful St. Euphemia church in Rovinj.

Ein schönes ungewöhnlich gepflegtes Haus mit einer überaus freundlichen Gastgeberin. Bei Ankunft wurden wir persönlich mit kleinen Gastgeschenken begrüßt und erhielten wertvolle Informationen bei einem Rundgang durch das Haus.
Es haben sich alle Familienmitglieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große, sehr gepflegte Pool mit seiner Gegenstromanlage war eine besondere Attraktion.
Der relativ hoch erscheinende Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt.
Alles top ! Wunderschönes Haus , toller Vermieter ! Spielplatz für die Kinder ist super ! Lediglich ein wenig mehr Geschirr wäre super :-)

Das Haus ist wunderschön und es war alles genauso schön (oder schöner) wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Es wurden Früchte und andere Lebensmittel zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten ein wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter versorgten uns mit einer großzügigen Grundausstattung an Getränken und Lebensmitteln. Und waren immer erreichbar für uns! Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber. Vielen Dank für alles!!

Wow, das muss erstmal überboten werden. Kurz zusammengefasst fällt uns nichts negatives zu der Villa und den Gastgebern ein. Wir wurden mit einem knisternden Kamin, einem geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum mit Gastgeschenken und eine herzlichen Atmosphäre begrüßt. Der Whirlpool war aufgeheizt und wir konnten direkt in unseren Urlaub starten. Von den Gastgebern wurde uns eine großzügige Grundausstattung mit Bier, Wein, Kaffee, Öl, etc. bereit gestellt, so dass wir auch nicht direkt einkaufen mussten. Das gesamte Haus ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet - egal ob es um Küchengeräte oder Handtücher & Bademäntel geht. Die Gastgeber waren für uns immer erreichbar und alles lief einfach perfekt! Hvala lijepo für den tollen Aufenthalt und bis bald!

Wir genießen unseren Urlaub in der traumhaften Villa über alle Maßen. Die Villa ist extrem gut ausgestattet, sie bietet alles was das Herz begehrt so dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und waren persönlich vor Ort um die Villa zu übergeben und alles ausführlich zu zeigen. Sie waren immer sofort erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten.
Die Ausstattung geht über das übliche Maß einer 5*-Sterne Villa hinaus: volle Ausstattung mit sämtlichen Küchenutensilien, traumhafte Bäder, in jedem Fön und Toilettenpapier, viele Handtücher, alles zum Wäsche waschen & trocknen war vorhanden. Die Gastgeber haben haben uns Olivenöl, Wein, Bier, Softdrinks, Früchte, selbst hergestellte Obstbrände, Aromafläschchen für die Sauna und Kaffee sowie Kaffeekapseln zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet- überall kleine Lavendelsäckchen verteilt.
Zur Villa & der Jahreszeit Herbst: wir haben die tolle Sauna und den Jacuzzi täglich genutzt! Ein Traum! Die Sauna ist groß und wunderschön- sie sucht seinesgleichen- man merkt die Liebe der Gastgeber zum Detail!
In den zwei oberen Schlafzimmern hat man einen tollen Ausblick über die Bucht.
Supergerne kommen wir in diese tolle Villa wieder- wir freuen uns schon über den nächsten Aufenthalt in der Villa Casta Diva.
Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Villa Casta Diva. Sie ist innen wie außen geschmackvoll und luxuriös ausgestattet. Es ist außerdem einfach alles da, was man braucht.
Das Haus ist äußerst gepflegt und sehr sauber.
Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Dafür gibt es verdiente volle 5 Sterne!
