This charming villa, nestled in the quiet village of Potpican in Istria offers a dreamy and relaxing vacation in 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms. The villa consists of two separate houses - the semi-detached main house and a smaller detached apartment right next to it.
The villa is surrounded by a beautifully tended garden with a private lighted pool as its highlight, while special attention was also given to the youngest guests with a playground for smaller children. With the attention to detail that the owners put into restoring this villa, it will be difficult to choose, if you would rather spend your time in the spacious, air-conditioned indoor area or relax next to the private pool, enjoying a refreshing drink.
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an outdoor WC, are located on the ground floor of the main house. The open space living area with a fireplace, as well as the kitchen and dining area are located on the first floor, with direct access to a covered terrace with a comfortable and inviting seating area. Another bedroom with a bathroom is also located on the first floor of the main house. The sweet, charming separate apartment consists of a kitchen and dining area, also with a fireplace, which is located on the ground floor and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the first floor - the ideal place for all guests who would like some extra privacy during their stay.
All the bedrooms are also air-conditioned and have a TV, for added comfort. A covered outdoor dining area with a stone grill as well as private parking is also at the guest's disposal and beautifully rounds up the offer of this lovely holiday home.
Villa Dajana is located in Potpican, a small village on the eastern part of the Istrian peninsula, close to the mountain Ucka, that divides the two regions, Istria and Kvarner. The villa is set just about 12 km from the beaches and approx. 19 km from Labin and 24 km from Rabac. Nestled on a hilltop just above the magical coastline, Labin is the historic and administrative centre of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art enthusiasts. The steep winding streets of the old town boast well preserved historical palaces, art galleries and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several seafood restaurants, with much local produce on offer, as well as many cosy coffee shops, ideal for soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Rabac is a seaside resort, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination surrounded by beautiful pebbly beaches, offering numerous sports and entertainment facilities. Mountain Ucka offers some of the most popular free climbing and paragliding spots in Croatia for adventurists. Opatija- the pearl of the Adriatic, is also only a short drive away.

Obiteljski smo bili na odmoru u vili Dajana i želimo uputiti sve pohvale domaćinima te izraziti zadovoljstvo boravkom u vili. Vila, bazen, dvorište, roštilj i apartman u drugoj kući su iznimno čisti, prostrani i preugodni za odmor i sve što vam treba na odmoru. Bili smo oduševljeni dočekom uz domaće kolače i vino, a gđa. Dajana i suprug bili su na usluzi u svakom trenutku bez nametanja i baš onoliko koliko tražite i trebate. Blizina Rapca, Labina, Pazina...... divno, vraćamo se sigurno ♥️.
Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer zu erreichen. Der Pool ist traumhaft!!! Alles ist wie auf den Fotos versprochen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ruhig. Es ist eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser die wir hatten. Für uns zwei Familien war es der perfekte Urlaub.

Was ein schöner Urlaub!!! Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und ein super Pool! Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nachbarschaft und sind immer erreichbar. Die Beiden sind sehr, sehr gastfreundlich und sehr nett. Die Fotos geben genau das wieder was man erwartet. Für uns, zwei Familien mit 3 Mädels, war der Urlaub genau so wie wir uns es gewünscht haben. Eines der besten Ferienhäuser die wir je gebucht haben! Mega!!!
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem großen Garten und tollem Pool. Ideal für Urlaub mit Kindern. Wir waren zwei Familien und durch das Nebenhaus hatte jede Familie ihren eigenen Bereich. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben.
Dajana und ihr Mann waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub mit herzlicher Betreuung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Dajana sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Villa entspricht genau den Beschreibungen und Bildern. Sie war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Wirklich empfehlenswert!
Wir denken gerne an unseren Urlaub in Kroatien und der Villa Dajana zurück. Unseren Aufenthalt dort haben wir sehr genossen. Die Villa ist, wie sie beschrieben wird und auch auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Wir waren wirklich begeistert. Es ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Auch wir wurden sehr lieb willkommen geheißen. Die Gastgeberin hat sich regelmäßig nach uns erkundigt und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas benötigt haben.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Urlaub war rundum perfekt…….
Bereits bei unserer Ankunft haben wir einen Imbiss mit frischem Brot sowie Getränken im Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit für uns verfügbar und hat sich fast täglich nach uns erkundigt. Sie hat uns Tips über Restaurants oder Strände genannt, welche wir gerne angenommen haben.
Noch nie haben wir uns in einem Ferienhaus so wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundlichkeit.
Sicherlich werden wir wiederkommen!
Domaćini su nas srdačno dočekali. Brzo i jasno objasnili sve što trebamo znati vezano za kuću. Dočekali su nas na stolu domaći kolači i piće dobrodošlice. Kuća je izuzetno dobro opremljena, čista, prostana i sa stilom uređena. Boravak u njoj bio je čisto zadovoljstvo i za odrasle i za djecu! Preporuka svakome!

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern, die im Internet zu sehen sind. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Von der Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin waren wir total beeindruckt. So eine Gastfreundschaft hatten wir bisher noch nicht erlebt. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Imbiss und einem Umtrunk empfangen. Sie erkundigte sich regelmäßig nach unserem Befinden und gab uns Tipps, wenn wir nach Ausflugszielen fragten. Wir können die Villa Dajana nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich auch noch einmal wiederkommen.
Es war ein rundum gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir waren von der Unterkunft, der Landschaft und der Gastfreundschaft begeistert. Das war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub in Istrien.

As an experienced traveler I dare to say best value for money.
Boravak u ovoj vili je bio fantastičan. Gospođa Dajana vrlo ljubazna osoba koja nas je iznenadila domaćim proizvodima ovog kraja.
Priroda prelijepa a o kući da ne govorim. Slike pokazuju sve.
Preporučam ovu vilu za one koji bježe od grada jer takvu tišinu imate samo na ovom mjestu.
Hvala puno gospođi Dajani i dolazimo opet.

The four of us stayed at Villa Dajana. From the beginning of August for 14 days. It was a fantastic holiday thanks to the beautiful and spacious house and the friendly owners of the house. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and nothing is too much for them. They live close by so if there is anything they are there quickly. Every morning the pool was cleaned and the lawn and flowers were watered. The spacious garden is beautiful and there are plenty of sun beds by the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a television. We have not lacked of anything. The location is in the middle of Istria so you can easily visit various places such as Pula, Porec, etc. Thanks for everything. Fam. Dalstra
I have spend very nice time in Villa Dajana with my family in August.
Villa is immaculate clean and fully equipped to the highest standard. All rooms are very spacious, cozy and well-equipped. The owners took care of the details - flowers, sweets etc. Every bedrooms have TV, every bathroom have hairdryer.
The outdoor area with private pool are fabulous.
The owners made our stay even more special, very kind and heplful. We would recommend this property without hesitation.
