This lovely single storey house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is great for smaller families. The fully equipped kitchen and a modern dining area are perfect for preparing delicious meals together. The spacious living room with a large couch and a TV invites you to enjoy movie nights with your family.
The living room opens onto a large terrace with a private pool. Take a swim in the pool and relax in one of the sun loungers — simply enjoy your well-deserved vacation. The outdoor area offers you also the possibility to grill on a charcoal grill and enjoy your family meals in the outdoor dining area.

The Villa Deep Blue is situated in the eastern part of Istria and is just a short drive away from the charming hilltop town of Labin, as well as from the seaside. The east coast of Istria is known for its lovely beaches and crystal clear sea. It is also a perfect base for day trips to popular tourist destinations in Istria like Rabac, Opatija and Pula.
Rabac, a former fisherman’s town, is know for its beautiful pebble beaches and is a perfect spot to go swimming and sunbathing. Opatija with its Austro-Hungarian charm is a true pearl. There you can go for a stroll along its famous seaside walk or go out to eat in one of its lovely restaurants. The ancient town of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre will introduce you to the rich cultural heritage of Istria.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden, das Haus super sauber gepflegt ebenso wie das Grundstück und der Pool. Sehr nette Vermieter. Ich würde auch 6 Sterrne vergeben wenn das möglich wäre. eine glatte Empfehlung und sehr gerne wieder :)

Ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, dass in seiner Planung voll durchdacht ist. Es ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und die Küche mit der Kochinsel ist ein Traum. Der Garten und das Süßwasserpool sind ebenso traumhaft. Der Vermieter ist sehr symphatisch, freundlich und bemüht und er spricht gut Deutsch. Einmal in der Woche werden die Handtücher getauscht, der Rasen gemäht und das Pool kontrolliert. Es gibt absolut nichts zu kritisieren und deshalb vergebe ich 10 Sterne. Wir waren die letzten 2 Wochen dort und der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
