Villa Elanna is a little jewel in the middle of the green hilly landscape of Istria. It is located near Labin-Rabac and offers you everything you need for a great summer vacation with the family.

At a quiet location, far from the tourist hustle and bustle, but close enough to the surrounding cities to enjoy some nice excursions. As soon as you reach the villa, you will be magically drawn to the dreamlike 32m2 pool in the garden of the villa. Take a dip in the turquoise-blue cool water and relax on one of the sun loungers while the children swing or hop on the trampoline. The covered terrace is the ideal place to spend hours together. A charcoal grill is available to spoil your family with all kinds of delicacies from the grill. Enter the interior of Villa Elanna and you will find a modern and bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The two comfortable bedrooms with double beds are also on the same level. Both bedrooms have their own stylish bathroom with a shower - your very own wellness area. Labin is the historic and administrative centre of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art enthusiasts with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep winding streets of the old town boast well preserved historical palaces, numerous art galleries, and studios, and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several excellent seafood restaurants, with much local produce on offer, as well as many cosy coffee shops, ideal for soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort in Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination surrounded by heavenly pebbly beaches. The area of East Istria offers a diversity of beaches and crystal clear seas. The untouched coast reveals peaceful coves with gentle pebbles, fresh cliffs bathed with waves, and aromatic woods. With its numerous coastal and forest paths, this area is great for mountain biking, long relaxational walks, horse riding, but also as a starting point for excursions at discovering magical Istria.

Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen; etwas abseits, aber nicht einsam. Sie ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die wunderschöne Terrasse mit dem sehr sauberen Pool bietet einen tollen Blick in eine grüne Landschaft. Labin ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; kleinere Einkäufe kann man auch schon in geringerer Entfernung erledigen. Ein überraschend umfangreiches gastronomisches Angebot ist in rund 7 bis 10 Autominuten vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir den nächsten Sommerurlaub hier schon gebucht haben :-)

Super Haus und super nette Gastgeber. Ein toller Urlaub immer wieder gerne.

Wir haben in der Villa Elanna zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbringen können. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst zuvorkommend und immer rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Wir wurden mit einer riesigen Wurst- und Käseplatte empfangen die für 10 Personen gereicht hätte, dazu waren Semmeln / Brötchen mit dabei, ein großer Obstkorb, Wasser, Bier, Saft und Eis waren ebenso gleich am Empfangstag im Kühlschrank. In der zweiten Woche bekamen wir noch einen selbstgemachten Kuchen (yummy) und Wein. Wir fühlten uns pudelwohl. Der Pool sorgte für die nötige Abkühlung bei dem heißen Wetter. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen, wir danken den Gastgebern für die istrische Gastfreundlichkeit die wir erfahren haben.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt, alles ist sehr sauber, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich. Bei der Ankunft war sogar der Kühlschrank mit Eis, Wurst- und Käseplatte, Bier und einer Flasche Wein sowie Semmeln gefüllt - sehr aufmerksam und nicht gerade Gang und gebe. Es ist ein wundervoller stiller und herrlicher Ort um sich zu erholen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass an der Terassentür kein Fliegengitter ist, an allen anderen Fenstern schon, aber ich denke das lässt sich in Zukunft beheben. Gerne wieder und absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die wundervolle Zeit bedanken, die wir in der Villa verbringen durften. Wie in den bisherigen Bewertungen schon erwähnt wurde, ist die Villa wirklich sehr schön, neu, sauber, in ruhiger Lage und voll ausgestattet. Ein Highlight ist der große Pool im gut gepflegten Garten, der sogar zwei Mal die Woche gereinigt wird. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Vermieter, die wirklich sehr freundlich sind, rund um die Uhr erreichbar waren und uns in einer medizinischen Notlage zur Seite standen. Eine besondere Überraschung war auch der Geburtstagskuchen - vielen Dank dafür noch einmal! Wir hoffen, dass wir irgendwann wieder dort Urlaub machen können! :-)
