Charming villa Hemera is ideal for families that would like to spend a relaxing vacation amidst the beautiful Istrian countryside, yet near the the Adria. The villa, which is located on a large private property, can accommodate up to 8 persons in total.

On the inside, the villa combines modern design and top quality furnishings with carefully chosen details that create a warm atmosphere throughout the bright and airy ground floor. The open space living area, equipped with a stereo system, a DVD player and an Play Station 3 is connected to the dining area and to a fully equipped kitchen. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms. For more fun with your friends and family, bicycles, table football and table tennis are at your disposal. To make your vacation even more magical, the inviting pool is also reserved for your exclusive use only.

This property is located in a small hamlet in the eastern part of Istria. This entire region is well connected and has a excellent and uncrowded road system. The Istrian peninsula 'terra magica' lies on the warm Adriatic sea so you will be thrilled that the nearest beach is only 5 km away from the villa. The nearest airport as well as some of the larger tourist centres such as Labin and Rabac are also just a short drive away. Nestled on a hilltop just above the magical coastline, Labin is the historic and administrative centre of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art enthusiasts with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep winding streets of the old town boast well preserved historical palaces, numerous art galleries and studios and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several excellent seafood restaurants, with much local produce on offer, as well as many cosy coffee shops, ideal for soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination surrounded by heavenly pebbly beaches.

Prachtige tuin en zeer behulpzame gastheer.

Schade dass die Hausherrin gerade Mama geworden ist. Antonio hat die Aufgabe übernommen hat dies aber ziemlich schnell erledigt ist nicht ganz seine Sache. Er ist aber freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit aber nicht von sich aus. Haus sehr schön eingerichtet und die Fahrt zum Meer ist keine große Sache. Schwimmbad ok eine Dusche im Aussenbereich wär toll. Die Sauna hat auf dem Foto einladender ausgeschaut. Mit so viel Grund was das Haus hat ist noch einiges möglich. Weiter zu empfehlen 👍

La casa e bellissima, arredata con stile, con un giardino grande e curato, una bella piscina con acqua pulita e calda. La padrona di casa ci ha aspettato con un bel tagliere di speck e olive, e ci ha consigliato dei bei posti in torno, Grazie di tutto! E o casa foarte frumoasa, cu gradina mare unde copii nostri au putut juca fotbal, ping-pong si calcetto, este chiar si un leagan pentru copii mai mici. Piscina are apa curata si calda, se poate sta si seara chiar daca afara e mai racoare. Proprietara ne-a asteptat cu un aperivit de speck si masline locale, ne-a dat si ceva sfaturi cu restaurante si plaje. Multumim pentru tot!
