Villa Krase is located in the small village of Rakalj, on the east coast of Istria. With more than 320 m2 of living space spread over 2 floors and with 5 bedrooms, this beautiful house can accommodate up to 10 people.

The kitchen, living room with dining area, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower are on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The private swimming pool is 28 m2. The swimming pool area extends to 1000 m2 and is equipped with 10 sun loungers and 3 parasols. The garden also includes a barbecue area with a dining table where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with family or friends. A basketball hoop and a table tennis table complete the facilities. The villa offers a small gym, sauna, and a jacuzzi. There is also a lounge with a pool table, football, and TV. Villa Krase is fully air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV and wireless internet. There is ample parking space at your disposal.

This beautiful holiday house is located in the small village Rakalj, on the east side of the Istrian peninsula. The location of the villa offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from the city rush and tourist crowds matched with a short distance to all major peninsula cities. Pula, the largest city of Istria, just 20 kilometers away from the villa, is world famous for its stunning Coliseum, an ancient amphitheater that was built during the 1st century while Roman emperor Vespasian ruled this part of the world. Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers a unique gastro experience, well known in this part of Europe. Home-made Istrian prosciutto (prsut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just a few of many delicious gastro pleasures Istria can offer for a true experience of Mediterranean home-made cuisine. The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. It can be accessed by boat with departure from Fazana. A car is recommended.

Wir haben im Juni die Villa gemietet, 11 Personen - 3 Generationen - ein Familienausflug. Wir haben alle unsere Unterkunft sehr genossen, am meisten die Outdoor Küche und den Grill. Ideal war die Größe des Hauses für so viele Personen. Die Übergabe hat bestens funktioniert, das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche! Wir sind jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand gefahren, herrlich zum Schnorcheln. Es war eine perfekte Woche an die wir uns alle gerne zurück erinnern werden. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist zwar ziemlich abgelegen aber dennoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strand etc. in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Man bekommt was die Fotos versprechen, ein super ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Haus mit wunderschöner Poolanlage (perfekt für Kinder weil gut einsehbar), Außenküche und reichlich Platz. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und kamen uns mit Check-In/Out Zeiten sehr entgegen. Ein sehr schöner Platz für erholsame Urlaubstage.

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in late September. It is even more beautiful than looks in the photos. It is very well equipped with everything you will need for a large family. We had 2 small children in our party and 2 cots were provided. There are a lot of stairs inside and some outside so children need to be looked after at all times. You will also need a car as it is quite remote but the countryside is beautiful and there are many places to drive to. There is a little village about 20 minutes walk away with a sufficient grocery store a little bar and restaurant. The owners were waiting for us when we arrived (even though we were late as we got a bit lost) and made us most welcome. They texted us a couple of times to make sure we were ok during our stay. I would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing family holiday. Thank you Damir!
