Modern Villa Lotta will provide you with a relaxing holiday in the environment of untouched nature. The villa is ideal for a vacation with family or friends.

During the summer heat, look for refreshment in the 21m2 swimming pool. By the pool, there is a covered area with a dining table and barbecue, pleasant for unforgettable gatherings and enjoying prepared traditional Istrian dishes. Our youngest guests can have fun on the children's playground. Near the children's playground there is a table and chairs in the natural shade for drinking coffee or refreshing drinks in the afternoon. Spend time outdoors playing badminton or volleyball. The interior of the villa is full of natural light and all rooms are located on the ground floor of the house. In the open space of the villa there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen of modern design and a dining room where you can enjoy the Istrian atmosphere. The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a view of the pool and the landscape of Brgod. There are two beds in the second room. All rooms have television and air conditioning. The second bathroom and a separate laundry room are also located on the ground floor of the house. Villa Lotta is located in the southeast of the Istrian peninsula in the village of Brgod. This peaceful settlement is located above the Raska Bay and the small fishing village of Trget. Experience the magic of local people and untouched nature. The landscape is rich in hills and numerous nearby bays that you can reach by hiking and biking trails will leave you breathless. Der Empfang bei der Anreise war richtig nett und es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Die Ausstattung ist top, alles sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedenen Orte und tollen Strände. Ein super Lob an die Gastgeberin und ihre Mitarbeiter, tolles Team, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Villa Lotta ist sehr schön und empfehlenswert, gerne wieder.
