In eastern Istria and only a short drive away from Rabac, Villa Lucia awaits for your arrival. This charming villa was built to provide a relaxing and peaceful holiday in the picturesque Istrian countryside.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all of which are ensuite. The villa is completely air conditioned, has a TV and 2 SAT TV receivers, Play Station 3 and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Spend your days in the lovely Istrian region relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun or have fun playing table football and darts. During April, May, June, September and October, with prior announcement the villa´s private pool can be heated. .

Villa Lucia is located in the village Ružići, which belongs to the municipality Sveta Nedelja in the Istria County. Characteristic of this idyllic place are the traditional stone houses, which are surrounded by gentle hills, fields and olive groves which guarantee a quiet and relaxing holiday. The first beach can be reached after a short car drive and is located ten kilometres away in Rabac on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. A wide range of cafes, restaurants, excursions and sport activities can be found in Rabac and the medieval town Labin, which is about five kilometers away from the coast. Should you decide to visit Labin, we recommend you to stroll through its old, narrow streets and enjoy a cup of the famous Croatian coffee with a beautiful view of the island Cres. As Croats like to say, drinking coffee with the accompanying obligatory conversations in good company are some sort of a “national sport” in Croatia.

Villa Lucia je doista prekrasan objekt. Prostrana je, a gornji kat je potpuno u razini sa bazenom, što je osobama smanjene pokretljivosti vrlo važno. Kuhinja je vrhunski opremljena. Kupaone, sobe i bazen iznimno čisti. Krajolik je lijep i miran. Do Labina i Rapca nije daleko, ali ni do ostalih mjesta u Istri nije komplicirano doći. Ugodni i susretljivi domaćini čine boravak u Villi Luciji potpunim.

Sehr schönes modernes Haus. Super ausgestattet und es liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Zwar ein paar häuser nebeneinander, trotzdem hat man seine Ruhe und sieht niemanden. Etwas außerhalb, aber sehr schnell alles erreichbar. Super dass jedes zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat und Klo. Spitze. Pool top! Wir kommen gerne wieder. 5 sterne plus plus!
