Looking for a charming retreat for you and your significant other? Villa Romantica has everything you could possibly need and more! This one storey-villa is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of a small Istrian village. Villa Romantica is foreseen for a max.

of 2 adults. The villa has one bedroom with a cosy double bed, one bathroom and a spacious living room with SAT-TV, which is connected to the kitchen and the villas dining area. From the living room, you will have direct access to the pool and the garden. As you will notice, the villa is fully equipped and decorated with a lot of care. The details create a warm atmosphere so you will feel at home. Or even better!
But that is not all - to bring the experience at Villa Romantica to an even higher level, there is a closed mini wellness and spa area with a finnish sauna, a relaxation bed for two and a large hot tub.
There is also a small outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, an additional fridge, a stove and a sink so you won´t even have to go inside to get a refreshing drink or make a quick meal. Book Villa Romantica and spend a wonderful vacation in Croatia, surrounded by a landscape only Istria can offer! Massage service is available in the villa with an additional charge. Villa Romantica is located in the village Zupanici, in the middle of the magical hinterland of Istria, with a beautiful hilly landscape and untouched nature, ideal for hiking or cycling. Explore the hinterland and try Istrian specialities like truffles, prosciutto or just have a nice glass of Istrian Malvazija. This location is a perfect starting point for visiting other cities. In this area there are little, but charming towns like Labin and Rabac. The old town of Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is a place rich with ateliers and the ideal place to enjoy art on every step through the town. Rabac, a former fisher village, is the place where you can find good beaches and restaurants. In the area of Labin-Rabac, you can play tennis, mini-golf, beach volleyball, go diving and enjoy various water sports. Thrill-seekers will benefit from a large adrenaline park, a diving centre at the beautiful, small bay of Krnica, as well as the proximity of various hiking and biking trails. The nearest beach is just 15 km away from the villa.

Mit viel Liebe gestaltet, bis ins kleinste Detail,alles aufeinander abgestimmt und vor allem alles blitzsauber. Supernette Gastgeberin, die jederzeit für Fragen und Lösungen da ist. Toller Aussen- und Spa Bereich mit sehr sauberem Pool. Wurden mit viel Aufmerksamkeit und vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten begrüsst. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden, rundum gelungen!

Sehr schöne, großräumige und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll eingerichtete Villa. Die Vermieterin Lucy ist jederzeit bei evtl. Fragen erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Grund der idyllische Lage umgeben von Weinbergen am Ortsrand kann man sich sehr gut erholen und die Zeit genießen. Die nächsten größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Labin in 15 min mit dem Auto, oder der Bäcker morgens zu Fuß in rd. 20 min zu erreichen. Da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist, konnte auch unser Hund entspannt das Anwesen genießen und rumtollen. Pool und Jacuzzi sind ebenso ein Traum und runden das gesamte Ambiente ab. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder, war eine sehr schöne Zeit.
