Villa Stora Kuca is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday with your loved ones! The villa can accommodate up to 7 people and is ideal for families with children or groups. On the fully fenced and well-maintained outdoor area, you will find the pool.

Relax on the loungers around the pool. An outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and outdoor dining area are at your disposal. Children can enjoy their own private children's playground. A parking space for up to 2 cars is located on the property. On the ground floor of the villa, there is an open plan living area with a dining and cooking area. From the living area, you access the terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a double bed, TV, and air conditioning. The villa has internet access. The Villa Stora Kuca is located in Labin. The small hill town of Labin is also known as the artist town. The nearest beach in Rabac is only 8 km from the villa. Rabac offers a variety of beautiful pebble beaches that are among the best beaches in Istria. There is a wide range of water sports activities here. We recommend taking a romantic stroll along the promenade. Istria offers many hiking and biking trails. In the capital of the region, Pula, you will find the enchanting Roman amphitheatre, where you can visit many film events as well as cultural events and live concerts by world-famous artists. Make your way to Istria and explore the hidden beauties of this area.

We were guests of Samanta and Femi in July 2022 and we felt very welcome. With five adults and a small baby we found everything in the house that we needed for a great vacation. The Villa Kuca has a great charm, everything was very clean, well maintained and lovingly furnished. There are nice neighbors with dogs, cats, chickens, which gave our little one a lot of pleasure. Samanta and Femi are hosts as one could wish, they were very kind, helpful and always ready to answer our questions. You never gave us the feeling that we were just "guests", here the much-praised hospitality was really lived out. The barbecue was an absolute highlight for us, we ate very well, laughed a lot and spoke in every language that was available to us. We will definitely be back for pizza and gin!

Wir waren Anfang August bei sehr warmen Temperaturen in der Villa mit vier Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber, ruhig gelegen und super klimatisiert. Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Die Gastgeber haben uns liebevoll begrüßt und mit einem Begrüßungskuchen willkommen geheißen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder, vermutlich nicht im Sommer. Thanks Samanta.

Wir waren Ende August als Familie ein paar Tage in der Villa Stora Kuca und es hat und sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und die Gastgeber sind wirklich außerordentlich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Was wir hervor heben möchten ist die ruhige und friedliche Umgebung, aber auch die gelungene Integration des alten Steinhauses in ein modernes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort. Das hat wirklich Charme. Danke für die schöne Zeit. We stayed as a family in Villa Stora Kuca for a few days at the end of August and enjoyed it very much. The house has everything you need and the hosts are really extraordinarily helpful and courteous.. What we would like to emphasize is the quiet and peaceful environment, but also the successful integration of the old stone house into a modern villa with all comforts. It really has charm. Thank you for the great time
