Beautiful stone villa with seaview

Villa Tanais is a beautiful stone villa located in a green area of eastern Istria. The villa has a private pool and an outdoor, covered dining area with a grill where you can spend warm summer evenings with your family and friends.

The beautifully decorated ground floor is divided into a bright living area, modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a bathroom. A comfortable and charmingly decorated bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom has a direct access to the garden of the villa. The other 3 well-appointed bedrooms of the villa are on the first floor. Two bright bedrooms have double beds with ensuite bathrooms. One room has one bunk bed which is ideal for children. On the first floor there is a small terrace where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or tea. The courtyard of the villa is spread over 1000m2. There you can relax, refresh in the pool, bask in the sun or maybe even have a picnic on the lawn. In any case, Villa Tanais is the ideal place for your family and friends.

The untouched coast reveals peaceful coves with gentle pebbles, cliffs bathed with waves and pure whiteness of smooth stone crowned with aromatic woods. With it`s numerous coastal and forest paths, this area is great for mountaing biking, long relaxational walks, horse riding, but also as a starting point for excursions at discovering the magical Istria.

+ Schönes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, sauber und gut ausgestattet. +Sehr guter Grill und Plancha! +Wunderbarer Pool +Meerblick +sehr ruhige Lage +gute Erreichbarkeit von Sehenswürdigkeiten! Leider doch einige Mängel, zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, aber bei dem Preis sollten sie nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Daher auch 1 Stern Abzug in der Bewertung. - Die Umgebung ist nicht mehr sehr grün. 12 Baustellen in der direkten, unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft, zum Glück wurde dort nicht gearbeitet. Aber schon der Anblick ist furchtbar, wie in einem Steinbruch. -Die Badezimmer sind viel zu klein und teilweise eher dem Standard von 3* Unterkünften entsprechend. -übler Kanalgeruch vor dem Haus und in der 2. Küche

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gute Ausrüstung, sehr sauber und geräumig. Ruhige Lage und toller Ausblick. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Wir haben in dieser wunderschönen Villa mit unseren zwei Hunden 3 herrliche und unvergessliche Wochen verbracht. Alles war perfekt, das saubere geräumige und toll eingerichtete Haus, der riesige Pool und die einzigartige wahnsinns Sicht aufs Meer. Rund ums Haus nur Natur und Ruhe, keine direkten Nachbarn und total uneinsichtig. Wer mit Hund kommt wird begeistert sein denn das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen, unsere Doggies haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern aber keines war so toll wie die Villa Tanais. Hausbesorgerin Tanja war sehr nett und immer zur Stelle bei Fragen. Wir können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Kommen sicher wieder!!! 😍😍😍
