The ground floor is set up with a bright comfortable living room, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one of the ensuite double bedrooms, and a separate guest toilet. The 1st floor accommodates the 3 additional ensuite double bedrooms.
Besides the modern and elegant amenities it has to offer, the absolute gem of Villa Olive Hill is definitely its large roof terrace, with a 100m2 of space, offering fantastic views of the sea and the village of Tucepi, making it an ideal place for relaxation, letting the amazing sea view as well as the view of the mountain Biokovo and olive groves mesmerise you.
This villa lies on a plot of almost 500m2 and offers a large beautifully maintained garden with a lovely private pool. A barbecue and outside dining area offer possibilities for preparing your own meals, trying out local dishes and enjoying it while taking in the wonderful views.

Villa Olive Hill is located in Tucepi, some 80 km south of the known Dalmatian city of Split. Tucepi is part of Makarska Riviera, and is known for the longest stretch of beach in the area, about 3 km long. Along the beach there is a lovely promenade. The villa is only 300m from a beautiful pebble beach and 5 km from the cultural and economic center – Makarska.As shops, restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance, a car is not essential.There are many amenities for an active holiday in this area, whether you want to enagage in watersports, or visit different cultural sites. Due to the beautiful views, local culinary specialties and quality wines, tourists often visit the hamlets in Gornji Tučepi.

Wunderschöne Villa mit atemberaubender Dachterrasse und Aussicht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Strand und Promenade sind in der Nähe. Der Weg zur Villa ist steil mit dem Auto jedoch kein Problem und zu Fuss geht es circa 15min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie auch Bäckereien findet man direkt an der Promenade in Tučepi. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und es gibt ein grosses Wohnzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Pool wird gegen Gebühr auch beheizt. Wir empfehlen die Villa von Herzen weiter.
An absolutely fantastic villa which is perfect for a family or group who want peace and quiet holiday in lovely surroundings. Nice pool, terrace and rooftop.
We were lucky with the weather in early October, it helps. We were well received by the host.
Decor is really nice with 4 nice room with private bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Everything is in good condition. A broken parasol and 4 sunbeds missing around the pool , it was quickly done. The pool was heated, which however was turned off after pool service mid-week, it took 1 1/2 days before it was made again, it was a bit of a shame when we pay for a heated pool. But a lovely holiday in a fantastic villa.
