The spacious ground floor features an open plan living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The 1st floor accommodates the 3 remaining double bedrooms & the additional room with the sofabed, which is connected to one of the bedrooms. Two of the double rooms have ensuite bathrooms, for your convenience, and balconies where you can enjoy sea-views. The 2nd floor is purely meant for your entertainment, relaxation and fun :) Whether you use the infrared sauna, play a game of billiard, or exercise in the fitness area - you have all the amenities to choose your type of favourite holiday. The adjacent terrace offers lovely sea-views on the Medulin archipelago. All the levels in the house are connected with an inside staircase. The ground floor additionally offers direct access to the lovely oval pool, and 2 terraces, where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee & on the larger covered one, prepare tasty meals on the BBQ and enjoy common dinners with family and friends, during warm relaxing summer evenings. Villa Mutila is equipped with WiFi and offers parking space for up to 8 cars (4 covered).
Villa Mutila is located in Medulin, a once small fishing town, but today it is one of the most popular locations in Istria, well-known for its variety of rocky, pebbly and sandy beaches. Amongst other reasons, due to the fact that it has wonderful sand beaches, which are ideal for all ages. In Medulin area you can spend a quiet and romantic holiday, but there is also lots to do for those that like to stay active while on holiday. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy football, horse riding, tennis, sailing, mini golf, flying, bowling, beach volleyball, diving, the underwater world, and many other water sports. Explore the narrow stone streets and enjoy in the beauty of this lovely town. On each corner you can find cafes and restaurants where you can relax while having your morning cup of coffee or tea or try some of the delicious cuisine Istria is well known for. Just a short drive away is Cape Kamenjak, a stunning example of untouched nature. Cristal clear sea and beaches with plenty of nature shade will amaze even the most demanding guests :)

Villa Mutila is a great place to stay. Very comfortable inside and out. Very private pool area, great amenities.
Sandra and Igor were very accommodating letting us keep our booking thru the Covid period.
My Istria were great people to deal with. Quick responses to emails etc.
Medulin a nice little resort with plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the villa. We didn't have a car but found the walk to the sea easy to do. We used the local bus to go into Pula. 30 Kuna return. Good service.

Wir waren im Juli 2021 mit 9 Personen zu Gast in der Villa Mutila und waren begeistert. Die An-und Abreise hat Dank des sehr netten, zuvorkommenden Vermieter-Ehepaares gut geklappt. Falls der Gast ein Anliegen hat, kann der Vermieter in zehn Minuten da sein. Das ist schon super und ein wenig deutsch kann das Ehepaar sogar auch. Die Villa hat unseren Vorstellungen absolut entsprochen. Es sieht alles genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos. Es ist ein sehr großes Haus mit einem großen Garten. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns auch überzeugt. Oberhalb von Medulin, ruhig gelegen, aber in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer oder in den verschiedensten Restaurants. Oder in reichlich Trubel, für den, der möchte. Wir empfehlen die Villa Mutila auf jeden Fall guten Gewissens weiter!!!
