Villa Tina Ocean View will make all of your wishes come true! This stunning property located in Medulin has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 persons, making it ideal for larger families. The villa is modern, decorated with a lot of care and attention to details in order to make your holiday as nice as possible.

The rooms are divided over 3 floors. On the ground floor, which also has access to the pool area, you will find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first floor has the same layout as the ground floor, also with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, and the remaining rooms (living and dining area, the kitchen and one additional bathroom) are located on the second floor. Throughout the villa there is plenty of light going in through large, glass windows, which are making sure that the villa is bright and airy. One of the main perks of this villa is the roof with a tempting sea view - relax on the sun loungers and soak up the warm sunbeams! Even though the villa is only 200 m from the sea, it also has its own private pool, if you prefer staying in the comfort of your own home. Outdoors you will also find a gas grill and a dining area for eating al fresco. Important: Groups of younger adults (<25 years) are not allowed. .

Beautiful villa Tina Ocean View is located right next to the beach, just outside of the charming coastal town of Medulin. Medulin was once a small fishing town, but today it is one of the most popular locations in Istria. Amongst other reasons, due to the fact that it has wonderful sand beaches, which are ideal for all ages. In Medulin area you can spend a quiet and romantic holiday, but there is also lots to do for those that like to stay active while on holiday. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy football, horse riding, tennis, sailing, mini golf, flying, bowling, beach volleyball, diving, the underwater world, and many other water sports. Explore the narrow stone streets and enjoy in the beauty of this lovely town. On each corner you can find cafes and restaurants where you can relax while having your morning cup of coffee or try delicious cuisine Istria is well known for. Just a short drive away is Cape Kamenjak, a stunning example of untouched nature. Cristal clear sea and beaches with plenty of nature shade will amaze even the pickiest of guests!

Herzlicher Empfang, sehr sauber, sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage, Top!

In der Villa war alles soweit tip top. Der Vermieter war sehr höflich, hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Nur die Bauaktivitäten in der Nachbarschft waren etwas überraschend für uns, aber "halb so schlimm".
