Charming stone villa with pool near Motovun

Villa Benvenuti is really charming villa located close to the beautiful medieval hilltop town of Motovun. It is designed as though its owners wanted to combine everything that is typical of that region- nature, history and art.

It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, two of which are on the first floor, while the third is on the ground floor. Apart from that, the ground floor is also where the living room, dining area, an additional bathroom and a sun room are located. All are beautifully furnished, just as a summer home should be. On the outdoor, you will find an attractive pool area with sun loungers, as well as a charcoal grill and al fresco dining area. A special touch is given through the carefully tended garden. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wifi. Villa Benvenuti is now offering a free olive oil tasting made by locals, as well as free vine tasting along with your visit of the vine basement.

Motovun is a medieval town-monument with a golf course, natural spring wells and spa, horseback riding and a international film festival. Great restaurants, taverns, cafes are all around the villa. The Adriatic coast is 20min away with the beaches and tourist towns of Porec, Rovinj, Novigrad... 45 min away is Pula and Brijuni islands national natural park. You can even get to Porec on a mountain bike track that runs just under the estate. From Porec you can make a boat trip to Venice. Just over the border a 30min car drive is the city of Trieste with great shopping. Amenities’ are in a walking distance.

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum, wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch an Suzanna für den leckeren Kuchen. Sehr sehr gute hauseigene Weine, die wir alle bei einer exklusiven Verkostung probieren durften. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.
