Villa Bincila Labinci is a beautiful property that consists of six bedrooms and five bathrooms spread over the 350m2 large indoor area, which makes it ideal for accommodating up to 12 persons. The villa has a bright and stylishly decorated interior and is fully equipped with everything you could need on your vacation.

The villa consists of a large living room, connected with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the garden, where you will surely spend the most of your time - whether in the lovely private pool that is illuminated during the night, on the sun loungers, lounge area or under the shadows of the covered terrace, where you can enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue. All six bedrooms have a double bed. The villa is air-conditioned, has wifi, and offers 4 private parking spaces and a private garage.

Labinci is a small village, only a short drive away from Porec. Porec is the famous Istrian tourist center, known for its beautiful beaches as well as rich cultural heritage. When it comes to cultural heritage, this Istrian jewel is mostly known for the Euphrasian Basilica, which is considered to be one of most beautiful works of art in the world. Porec has a variety of beach clubs, coffee bars and nightclubs, however, you can also choose from many different restaurants where you can try out delicious Istrian cuisine. In the vicinity of Porec, you will find one of the best water parks in Istria - Aqualandia, that ensures a fun-filled day for the entire family. If you would like to explore Central Istria, you simply have to visit some of its charming hilltop towns like Groznjan or Motovun, where you can enjoy the view of the stunning countryside.

Sauberes und schönes Haus . Problemloser Vermieter . also einfach zu empfehlen .

Wir waren über die Pfingstferien in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus war noch schöner als auf den Fotos....und die waren schon toll. Netter ,unkomplizierter Vermieter, grosser Pool, sehr sauber, viel Platz in der Villa....usw. Wir waren mit 12 Personen dort und nicht zum letzten Mal.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Meerblick und einem sehr großen Pool. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, äußerst geräumig und mit allem was man braucht bestens ausgestattet. Einmal in der Woche wird der Pool vom Poolboy kontrolliert und der Rasen wird gemäht - somit gibt es auch keinen Klee und keine Bienen in der Wiese. Wir waren zwei Familien mit 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Alter zwischen 3-13 Jahre. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr in der etwas kleineren Villa vom Gastgeber, die um die Ecke liegt, und waren ebenso begeistert. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

The Villa fulfilled all our expectations! Spacious and very tasteful decorated. Awesome private pool and outdoor BBQ/dining area. The owner was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. We had a wonderful time in Labinci. Cute little town. Within 5 minutes walk there are two little Markets where you can find fresh bakery products. We also highly recommend the Restaurant Pizzeria Toni in Kaštelir within 10 minutes walk. Great food, friendly Service, multilingual! You can reach the beach in 15 minutes drive (ca. 8 Km). And also within 15 minutes drive you can find Lidl and Kaufland. We were 3 families with 6 adults, 5 children and 1 dog.
