Villa Charlotta is definitely a place for a special kind of holiday. It is a luxuriously renovated old stone estate, set in the tranquil & dreamy environment of Central Istria, in the midst of a small hamlet.
The traditional Istrian stone-wall surrounding the estate ensures seclusion and privacy. The estate was renovated with craftsmanship and particular attention to detail, using only high quality materials, making sure the original traditional architectural style of the houses was not compromised. The interior was furnished with a lot of style, with a fusion of vintage and modern details.
Villa Charlotta is comprised of 3 unique residential units plus a pool house, forming a completely self-contained ensamble. It can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests, in 7 stylishly furnished rooms.
The main house (house No. 1) spreads over 2 floors. The ground floor welcomes you with a large fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary amenities, and a lovely dining room where you can enjoy your meals. The two beautiful living rooms with comfortable and stylish lounge sets and SAT-TV await you on the 1st floor. One offers an open fireplace for cosy evenings, while from the other you have access to a terrace, where you can enjoy a peaceful sunlit morning coffee. The house accommodates 3 ensuite double bedrooms (1 on the 1st floor, and 2 on the 2nd floor) and one single bedroom (2nd floor). There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. This unit accommodates up to seven guests.
House No.2 has a ground and first floor: with two ensuite double bedrooms on the first floor, a kitchen with living room and small separate toilet on the ground floor. This unit can accommodate a total of four guests.
All premises of house No.3 are on the ground floor. It is actually a fully equipped studio apartment (with a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom) accommodating two guests.
House No.4 is actually the pool house - also beautifully renovated, offering a sofa bed for one guest, a toilet, and direct exit to the pool area.
Villa Charlotta is a spacious estate, with a beautifully maintained garden and several courtyards, offering many secluded spots to enjoy. The villa offers a large, almost 200m2 large terrace - 150m2 is covered. A covered patio with high quality lounge furniture and a grill, is ideal for enjoying al fresco dinners. Lavish green grounds are surrounding the large pool. The sun loungers are spread over the pool terrace and under the covered shaded area, offering a secluded place for ultimate relaxation while sunbathing or swimming in the pool, offering views over the mesmerising evergreen nature of Istria. There is an outdoor shower for your comfort and conveniently also a fridge for drinks next to the pool. All this makes it an ideal place for families, larger or even smaller groups. Villa Charlotta has secured private parking for 4 cars and is also equipped with WiFi, for your convenience.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit großen und kleinen Kindern und durften eine tolle Woche in der Villa Charlotta verbringen.
Der deutschsprachige Empfang durch Petra war sehr herzlich.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, dass allein spricht Bände...
Die Ausstattung der Küche war echt genial, auch wenn wir sie hauptsächlich fürs Frühstück in Verwendung hatten.
Für unserer Kinder das Highlight: Der große Pool!
Gute Lage für Ausflüge aller Art.
Kap Kamenjak, Porec, Vrsar, Höhle Baredine,...
Tipp: Die Insel St. Catharina bei Rovinj, man kommt nur mit einer Fähre dahin, aber es lohnt sich. Für alle etwas dabei, Klippen, Sportangebot,...haben den Abend in Rovinj dann gemütlich ausklingen lassen.
