Imagine a holiday house that you would immediately call "home". This is Villa Fendt 1 near Porec! A wonderful 3 bedroom family villa that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The exterior will enchant you already with its turquoise-blue swimming pool, which you can use to refresh yourself on hot summer days. Relax in the sun on one of the sun loungers with your favourite magazine in hand or spend cosy barbecues on the covered terrace with a charcoal grill. Step into the tastefully furnished interior via the terrace! Here you will find a cosy living room, a dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen. On the same level, there is a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. The stairs lead you to the upper floor, where there are two further chic bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms each have access to the shared balcony, where you can enjoy your first morning coffee in peace or simply relax with a good book. Villa Fendt 1 is the perfect place to forget everyday worries and enjoy a wonderful vacation with family and friends!.

Top-Unterkunft auch die Vermieterin war sehr sympathisch und alles lief ohne Probleme ab. Allerdings gibt es -1 Stern aufgrund falscher Beschreibung ( 4 statt 6 Liegestühle für 6 Personen, Parkplätze für 2 ( max. 2 Smart ) und die Mülltonne war bei Ankunft bereits voll und wurde nicht geleert trotz Info… stand halt dann vor dem Haus😅. Und leider und sehr ungewöhnlich, hat der Pool gar keine Beleuchtung. Kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.
