Villa Fiori di Lavanda is a beautiful holiday villa set for an amazing family holiday, located in a small village, not far from Porec.
Besides its peaceful setting, one of Villa Fiori di Lavanda´s special features is definitely its large refreshing pool, where you can do your morning laps or just cool down and relax in the water after sunbathing next to the pool.
Villa Fiori di Lavanda can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, in 4 comfortable and lovely double bedrooms, each set with its own bathroom.
The ground floor of the villa hosts an open space bright living room & dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the outside terrace and pool. The ground floor also accommodates one of the double bedrooms with its own bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The 3 remaining bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, each with its own balcony. The magnificent view of the Istrian countryside from the balconies while having your morning tea or coffee or in the evenings at sunset definitely contributes to a serene and relaxed holiday mood. Try to experiment with preparing local dishes on the outside BBQ for your family meals at the outside dining area, while enjoying the beautiful Istrian evenings.

Villa Fiori di Lavanda is located close to Višnjan, a village in Istria, located 13 kilometres east of Poreč. The picturesque city of Višnjan is an astronomical observatory, home of several long-running international summer programs for youth in astronomy, archaeology, marine biology and others. Višnjan is also known for olive growing and viticulture and is also one of the last resorts in Istria of autochthon Istrian bovine Boškarin. In Višnjan you can find bars, good restaurants, and grocery shops.
In Višnjan’s surrounding area you can dine in one of the traditional Istrian taverns, where you will be able to enjoy the original Istrian specialities.
In less than one hour drive you will find tourist hotspots: Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Koper, Piran, Portorož, Umag, and Novigrad. You only have to choose whether to meditate surrounded by olive groves, enjoy the Istrian wine and gastronomic specialities or have a good time in the surroundings.
During your stay in Istria visit the Euphrasius Basilica Complex (Unesco Heritage) in the old town of Poreč or just enjoy on the first beach. Since in Poreč you have at your disposal different kinds of sports (tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, horse riding, biking, hiking, water sports) it is an attractive tourist destination.

Wir waren Anfang September zu acht plus ein Baby in der wunderschönen Villa Fiori di Lavanda und haben es sehr genossen. Tolle Lage, toller Ausblick, tolle Villa, modern und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, toller Pool. Liebe Grüße an Evelin und Ihren Mann und danke für den sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und unkomplizierten Kontakt, wir kommen gerne wieder ☀️
Die Villa ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet mit einem wunderbaren Blick Richtung Meer. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Unsere liebe Gastgeberin Evelyne war schon vor unserer Anreise offen, jegliche Fragen von uns vorab zu beantworten. Super ist auch das nur 3 Minuten entfernte Dorf Višnjan, wo man alles findet was man so braucht. Eine Bäckerei, einen Metzger, 2 kleine Supermärkte und mindestens 3 Restaurants die ich sofort empfehlen würde. Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön von uns allen an Evelyne und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Diese Villa war einfach unfassbar schön. Ich war mir nicht sicher ob Bilder und Realität wirklich zusammen passen, aber diese Gedanken waren einfach unnötig. Es war noch schöner als es die Bilder eh schon anpreisen. Was aber noch viel wichtiger war als die Location selber, war Evenlyne die Eigentümerin. Sie war schon vor unserer Anreise sehr entgegenkommend. Ihre unkomplizierte Art hat uns einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub geschenkt. Wir sind sicher, wir kommen wieder. We had a fantastic family holiday at Villa Fiori di Lavanda between 13th & 20th September. The villa is very well situated just outside of the village of Visnjan but it is not difficult to get into the village. The villa is very comfortable and can easily accommodate up to 8 guests.
Evelyne, the owner, is also very easy to deal with and very reliable. Istria is a fantastic region to visit with many lovely places to visit and things to do.
We would recommend this villa for either a family stay or a group of couples.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen. Das Haus mit Pool war sensationell. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet . Alles was man zum wohnen braucht war vorhanden . Der Blick aufs Meer ist gigantisch . Traumhaft schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Wenn es klar ist sieht man sogar in den späten Abendstunden die 110km entfernte Küste von Italien . Zum Abschluss wäre noch zu erwähnen das die Hausbesitzer sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit sind. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .
Wir waren im August für 10 Tage in der Villa Fiori di Lavanda und haben dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und top ausgestattet, genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Von der Terrasse aus kann man das Meer und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge sehen.
Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die Villa Fiori di Lavanda wirklich nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in der Villa Fiori Di Lavanda und waren rundum zufrieden!
Ein wirklich sehr schönes und großes Haus und die Bilder lügen in keiner Weise.
Das Haus ist in einem Top-Zustand, gut Ausgestattet und sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Eigentümer.
Für mich das absolute Highlight ist aber die Terrasse mit Pool und Meerblick!!! Vor allem am Abend mit einem tollen Sonnenuntergang!
Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

The house is very nice with very nice view. Is is very good equipped. We really enjoyed our stay, and recommend the host and the house.
Wir waren mit der Familie 10 Tage in der Villa und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus, der Pool und vor allem der wunderbare Ausblick waren wirklich super. Auch die Küche ist top ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank mit integriertem Eiswürfel-Maker war das Highlight. Auch frische Kräuter wie Basilikum und Minze waren vorhanden. Klimaanlage gibt es in jedem Zimmer, was vor allem im Sommer eine wohltat ist.
Der Pool hatte eine angenehmen Temperatur, auch für kleine Kinder super da es ein niedriges Einstiegsbecken gibt. Wie ein kleines Planschbecken sozusagen.
Bis Poreč sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto, hier gibt es alle möglichen Geschäfte um Lebensmittel oder Sonstiges einzukaufen, auch hier sind schöne Strandabschnitte um den Tag am Meer genießen zu können.
Einziger Punktabzug gibt es leider bei der Sauberkeit, am Anreisetag war leider sowohl der Poolbereich als auch das Haus nicht ganz ordentlich geputzt/saubergemacht. Hier war der Reinigungsdienst wohl etwas in Eile. Die Kommunikation mit der Hauseigentümerin hat auch super funktioniert, sodass der Poolbereich nach kurzer Wartezeit nochmal nachgereinigt wurde.
Wir können diese Villa auch weiterempfehlen.

Eigentlich war unser Urlaub mit zwei Familien geplant, aber aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie mussten wir alleine anreisen. Ein schwieriger Start, wenn man sich auf einen Urlaub mit Freunden freut...
Aber dann hat uns die Villa in ihren Bann gezogen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt, was vielleicht auch daran liegt, dass das Haus stilistisch ähnlich eingerichtet ist, wie wir leben. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick übers Tal, am Horizont erkennt man das Meer, morgens den Kaffee mit diesem Ausblick genießen und abends bis zum letzten Sonnenstrahl im Pool planschen.... Das alles waren unvergessliche Highlights, die wir mitnehmen. Auch der herzliche Kontakt zu den Vermietern sagt uns, dass das nicht der letzte Urlaub in der Villa war. Vielen Dank dafür...
Wir durften unseren Urlaub mit 2 Familien in dieser schönen Villa machen.
Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir von dem Ausblick fasziniert.
Die Einrichtung hat unseren Geschmack komplett getroffen.
Tolle Schlafzimmer mit Bäder, eine tolle Küche und auch der Pool hat uns eine schöne Zeit beschert.
Auch die Lage ist optimal. In kurzer Zeit erreicht man das Meer und kann im Ort Višnjan das Nötigste besorgen.
Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen.

This villa is one of the best villas you can stay. It has a huge swimming pool with fascinating view on the sea and the sunset. It is just gorgeous.
Its interior is very modern and new. The equipment is of a higher standard.
Each room has its own AC.
Each sleeping room has its own bathroom/toilet. Also there is another “guest” toilet which is really good if you have visitors. WI-FI is excellent and is one of the best and fastest we tried so far in Croatia.
You also have a BBQ and a area by the pool where you can relax.
So in short - a great place to spend your time off.
Will surely return!
