Beautiful private villa with pool near Porec

Villa Graziella is a traditional istrian gemstone located in the village Baderna near Porec. The house was built in 1905 and completely renovated in 2008, without losing its character.

You will be impressed by the exterior with a carefully tended garden and the great pool. A perfect scenery for having a cool drink, lying on one of the sunbeds and watching the kids play. The covered outside dining area with barbecue makes you immediately dream of freshly prepared delicious meals. But let’s go inside… The ground floor has a cosy living room with fireplace and a kitchen with dining area for up to 8 guests. Everything is held in a very warm and rustic style - giving you a feeling of home. On the same floor you will find a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Wooden stairs are leading to the 3 cosy bedrooms with modern ensuite bathrooms on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has access to the beautiful balcony where you can have a quiet morning coffee or simply relax while reading your favourite book. The house is perfect for families to enjoy a great vacation in a quiet spot but not too far away from sights, beaches and attractions. .

Baderna is a charming istrian picturesque village near the town of Porec, the famous and tourist awards champion pearl of the Adriatic. Baderna is situated 10 kilometers from the sea, isolated from the urban rush, while at the same time strategically nested near the intersection of the main istrian tourist routes. All you need is there: the post office, a grocery store, a gas station and few restaurants. Istrian tourist pearls: Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Koper, Piran, Portoroz, Umag and Novigrad are less than an hour away, so you only have to choose whether to meditate surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, enjoy the Istrian eno-gastronomics delicacies, or have good time in the surroundings. Car is recommended.

Hervorragend! Wir sind eine Woche da. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Haus hat alles da. Betten sind sehr angenehm. Bäder komfortabel. Pool ist perfekt. Grillplatz mit Tisch wird jeden Abend genutzt. Besser geht es kaum. Und über die Straße ein kleiner Market und eine Bar die von 7 Uhr bis 22 Uhr 7 Tage offen haben. In 15min gerade aus nach Borec. Also perfekte Lage, perfektes Haus für 8 Personen, perfekte Vermieter und fairer Preis. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Nur frühzeitig buchen.

Wir waren nach 2014 das zweite mal in der Villa, es war genauso schön wie beim ersten Mal. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, und das Inventar wurde angepasst, gepflegt und ist auf dem neuesten Stand! Wir waren mit6 Personen, kommen jederzeit und gerne wieder
