On the ground floor of this villa you will find the fully equipped kitchen, from which you enter a spacious living room with a fireplace. There you will also find a bedroom with its own cozy bathroom. The entire interior is coloured by warm shades that have very calming and relaxing effect. Upstairs you will find the remaining two bedrooms with double beds, with each room having its own bathroom. From one of the bedrooms you can enter the terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the beautiful surroundings. The villa is in a peaceful and private location just outside and within a short walking distance from the village of Kringa. Kringa is situated in central Istria five kilometres southern of Tinjan on the spot of the Iron Age edifice later a Roman fortress, the second largest settlement in the Tinjan municipality. The region is renowned for its food and wine and there are many excellent restaurants close by. The interior of Istria with hilltop towns and beautiful landscape is ideal for driving, cycling and walking. The Adriatic coast and busy tourist town of Porec, all the beaches of Istria, all the historical sites and other places worth visiting are just a short drive away.

Super Villa für Familie und Hund! Kommen gern wieder! Hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Both my wife and I have had a fabulous time in in the heartlands of istria… villa kata is perfectly situated to explore the entire area …. 30 - 50 mins to all areas that need to be visited !!! Rovinj, porec,vrsar, rabac, labin, motovun…. And the list goes on !! We would most definitely come back to this villa ….carmen and her daughter katerina have been perfect hosts to welcome us on arrival , be there if needed , what more can I say that this vacation has simply been perfect xxx marco & Colette Leonetti xx

Ende September verbrachten wir 4 Erwachsene eine erholsame Woche in der Villa Kata. Wir wurden nach unserer Ankunft von Carmen und Sohn Mate mit leckeren einheimischen Köstlichkeiten herzlich empfangen, so dass wir uns in dieser wunderschönen Villa sofort wohl und heimisch fühlten. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles bestens !!!! Villa , Pool und das beeindruckende Grundstück sind perfekt gepflegt und super sauber. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein und auch für Ausflüge zu den schönsten HotSpots an der Küste ist die Villa Kata perfekt gelegen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt für die nötigsten Dinge befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Abschied nach einer Woche fiel nicht leicht und so steht für uns fest....WIR KOMMEN GERNE WIEDER !! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber.
