Two bedrooms, of which one with an en-suite sauna are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor of Villa La Quercia, you can find 2 beautiful vintage bedrooms, offering accommodation for 9+2 persons (along with the ground floor bedrooms). All the bedrooms are equipped with A/C, TVs, and en suite bathrooms. For more relaxation and the real holiday feeling, unwind in the beautiful, tended garden where you can find 8 sun loungers, a gazebo, and homegrown Mediterranean herbs. You can also admire 3-centuries-old olive and oak trees, keeping you safe from sunburns in their shade. All rooms located here have access to the pool and garden. If you travel with children, there is plenty of activities for them- from table tennis to sport accessories for playing volleyball in the pool or soccer. For special evenings and gatherings, the cellar is hiding a spacious tavern with a bar, TV, an extra kitchen, and a winery ideal to keep your tasteful wines cool. This area, with an extra shower for those who freshen up from the pool, is located in the lower part of the ground floor.

The little, charming town Visnjan is settled on a hill among the greenery of Istria's western part. The old, Latin name for Visnjan, Vicinianus meaning “close to”, is noting the importance of its vicinity to Porec. Porec is only 12 km away and offers a lot of places to see and things to do, from the old town with the Euphrasius basilica (part of the UNESCO heritage), to numerous restaurant, bars and cultural events. If staying here, be sure to visit Porec. This beautiful, touristy city is worth your time! However, be sure to explore more of what Visnjan has to offer. If you are interested in stars and other celestial bodies, be sure to visit the famous observatory in little village Tican, 3 km from Visnjan. Except for a few bike paths (Parenzana going through Visnjan and the so-called 29 km long “Star path”), this area is famous for its oeno-gastro-tourism (try pršut-traditional smoked ham, truffles, domestic wine and olive oil…) The nearest beaches are located in Poreč area and you can choose between sandy and pebbly beaches or ones with concrete.
