Visnjan is a small town located in Central Istria. It is surrounded by rolling hills and forests but also other similar, rural towns with rich history. Visnjan was once known as a trading centre for all kinds of agricultural products. Since Visnjan is situated on the top of a hill, from the town you have a view of the historic gothic church, the city gates, which are decorated with the motif of the Venice Lion, and the city square. The city of Visnjan offers all you could need on your vacation, starting with restaurants, coffeeshops, a bank, a pharmacy and a post office. Only a short drive away from the villa you will find Istralandia - an aquapark that guarantees a high level of adrenaline. This location is also ideal for those that like to spend time hiking, jogging or biking.
