Beautiful villa with private pool near Porec

Villa Perci offers the perfect retreat at just 10 minutes away from the tourist hot spot of Porec. The villa is located on the edge of a small hamlet on a large 1500 m2 plot and is surrounded by stone walls.

You can spend your vacation enjoying the swimming pool, or just relax in the sun. The villa consists of two apartments, with one bedroom each as well as two separate bedrooms and a bigger kitchen and dining area. There is also a lovely enclosed terrace with a lounge area as well as an extra outdoor kitchen with a grill. The ground floor is not for rent.

Perci, a small hamlet on the Istrian west coast, within easy reach from Porec is nested in the magical environment of the Istrian peninsula. Our villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and situated just several minute drives from the Mediterranean sea. Porec tourism is more than the sea, sun and tourist image. The tourists can easily recognize the city that is keeping its historical values. You can find museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces. The priceless city centre, located on a small peninsula submerged in the sea. Its foundations were put in place during the time of the rule of the Roman Empire. Car recommended.

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerade der Außenbereich ist ideal, wenn man mit einer Gruppe unterwegs ist und das Wetter genießen möchte. Auch die Lage ist top, man ist komplett ungestört, die Supermärkte und Apotheken sind aber nur 10-15min Autofahrt entfernt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Villa unbedingt für Gruppenurlaube!

Die Villa Perci ist ein Traum! Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie hier. Jeder hatte sein eigenes kleines Appartement (insgesamt 4 Stück) und genug Platz und Ruhe. Der Außenbereich war für uns 10 ideal und mehr als ausreichend! Schon ganz zu Anfang war es Liebe auf den ersten Block! Die Vermieter empfangen einen überaus gastfreundlich und stehen jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, obwohl wir bei diesem wunderschönen und sauberen Objekt keine Hilfe benötigt haben. Trotzdem waren sie für Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen. Perci ist ein kleines Dorf, man hat gefühlt keine Menschenseele um sich und Inn schalten und walten wie man will. Trotzdem ist man in ca. einer viertel Stunde in Porec und in gut einer halben Stunde in Rovinj. Auch Buchten und Strände sind schnell zu erreichen, sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für uns war es ein mehr als perfekter Urlaub und ich hoffe wir sehen diese wundervolle Unterkunft mit ihrem ganz eigenen Zauber einmal im wieder.

Das Haus ist super und das Grundstück sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man bekommt sehr viel geboten und hat viele Möglichkeiten. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist dauerhaft geschlossen. Dadurch hat man sehr viel Ruhe, es gibt auch keine Nachbarn dafür stört es niemand wenn es mal lauter wird. Das Restaurant im Nachbarort (2km) ist sehr gut und günstig, außerdem Riesen Portionen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und Gastfreundlich. Wen man was braucht helfen sie einem sofort und organisieren die benötigte Sache auch für einen. Wir hatten insgesamt 3 Hunde dabei und auch dieses war kein Problem für die Vermieter. Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Villa buchen und auch wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Super Anwesen mit 3 großzügig ausgelegten Apartments mit Waschmaschine, Herd, Spülmaschine und Fernseher. Des weiteren ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Dusche. Für 8 Personen optimal. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich riesiger Aufenthaltsraum mit Bar und einer älteren Profiküche komplett aus Edelstahl. War wohl mal ein Restaurant. Die Außenküche mit riesigem Kamin ist für warme Tage genial. In ca. 1km Entfernung findet man einen kleinen Supermarkt wo man täglich frisches Brot kaufen kann und auch diverse Gaststätten mit z.T. auch gehobener Küche. (Restaurant Arkar). Störend sind die Geräusche der Kühlanlagen für die Kühlschränke in der Großküche und in der Bar im Erdgeschoß so wie der Weinkühlschrank im Aufenthaltsraum. Wir haben 2 davon einfach ausgeschalten. Im Hochsommer vielleicht nicht empfehlenswert. Alles in Allem eine tolle Ferienvilla. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
