This modern villa with pool near Porec is ideal for families or a group of friends. Villa Pianta has 3 lovely bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The ground floor consists of a cosy open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as, two bathrooms and one additional separate toilette. Three charming bedrooms with double beds are also situated on the ground floor. The outside stairs will take you to the upper floor, where you can find another comfortable living room, and a playroom with a pool table and table tennis. From the living area, you have direct access to the beautiful, large green garden, which is a perfect place to relax on a sun lounger. In front of the villa, there is a large and inviting pool where you can refresh yourself on warm summer days. The outdoor area also features a well-equipped summer kitchen with a charcoal grill and an alfresco dining area. Terraces on the upper floor offer a spectacular view of the Istrian countryside. Can you imagine to enjoy your morning coffee there? Youth groups are not permitted.

Villa Pianta is located in a peaceful countryside setting, in a small village of Susnjici. This makes it a perfect peaceful retreat from rush of modern life. Still, it is just a short drive away from touristic hotspots and Istrian historic sights. Beaches are short drive away from the villa and you can choose a beach around Porec area. In Porec you can find museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces. With rich cultural heritage, Porec is mostly known for the Euphrasian Basilica, which is considered to be one of most beautiful works of art in the world. However, especially during the summer, Porec offers a variety of nightclubs, restaurants and bars - something for everyone´s taste! The cobbled streets of Porec are home to numerous atelier galleries.

Odlična kuća opremljena sa svime što vam je potrebno za ugodan odmor. Najviše nas je oduševila vrtna kučica sa kuhinjom i prekrasno veliko dvorište bez znatiželjnih pogleda sa strane. Ljubazni i pristupačni domaćini. Dog friendly!!!

Ovo nam je bilo prvo iskustvo boravka u kuci i moram reci, da je sve bilo super tako da nije nam falilo nista.Sigurno cu prosljediti info drugima ako zele iskusiti super boravak
