Villa Pinca is surrounded by green trees and nature, complimenting its big garden lawn and creating an idyllic atmosphere for you to relax in. The private pool will refresh you after sunbathing on one of the 8 sun loungers.

While you relax by the pool, the children can run around the garden, play on the private playground or enjoy a game of table tennis. In a shaded area, there is an outdoor kitchen with a grill, right next to the playground. A dining table for up to 10 guests is perfect for a meal in the shade right by the pool. Inside, you will find a big living room with 2 couches, flooded with natural light and perfect for movie nights and conversation. In the same space, you can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen with a kitchen island, and enjoy it at the dining table for up to 10 people, next to a big window. Upstairs, there are 3 comfortable double rooms with TVs and their own bathrooms. Another separate double room is available in a pavillion in the garden. This bedroom also has its own TV and bathroom. Villa Pinca is truly the perfect choice for a summer holiday with the family.

Villa Pinca is located in the village Vizinada near Porec. Only 30 minutes away, you can visit the ancient town of Porec, where you can visit the town's focal point, the remarkable Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its mesmerizing Byzantine mosaics. Take a walk down the vibrant waterfront promenade, where colorful boats and the Adriatic Sea offer a stunning view. Another nearby place to visit is Umag. Its landscape is known for its vineyards and olive groves, meadows and forests. We recommend a visit to the family wine cellars and tasting the famous Istrian delicacies: Pasta with truffles, prosciutto and cheese, all with a glass of the famous Istrian Malvasia. There are numerous excellent restaurants, bars and cafes in the charming stone-paved streets of the town. Here you can experience Istria's caves, beautiful green nature, idyllic hills, and cultural sights such as churches, chapels and archaeological sites. Nearby is the first Croatian water park, in Istralandia, where you can enjoy water activities with your loved ones.

Ein sehr schönes Haus und eine sehr schöne Anlage. Die Betreuung war ebenfalls tadellos. Wir können es uns sehr gut vorstellen, dass dies nicht der letzte Urlaub in der Villa Pinca war.
