Beautiful mediterranean villa with pool near Poreč
The beautiful villa Terrarossa Kaštelir is a great choice for a relaxing vacation with family and friends in Istria. The villa is located in the small village Kastelir, which is only 10 kilometres from the tourist jewel Porec.
When you see this imposing structure, you will certainly not remain indifferent. The villa is surrounded by a carefully landscaped Mediterranean-style garden with local vegetation. There is an outdoor jacuzzi and two swimming pools in front of the terrace. The larger is 55 square meters and the smaller is 12. Loungers and umbrellas by the pool are a good choice when you need rest and relaxation, or just want to enjoy a cold drink with your favourite book. Next to the terrace is a covered outdoor dining area. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace where you can prepare a delicious meal. The villa itself is built from natural materials and can accommodate a total of 10 guests in four bedrooms. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, a shared toilet, and an open living area with a dining room. On the first floor, there are the remaining 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There is a sofa bed in each of the two junior suites. The terrace on the first floor offers a wonderful view of the vineyards and olive groves for which the small town is famous. Anyone who wants to stay active during the holidays will surely spend some of their time in the basement. There is a fitness room and sauna, as well as a kitchen with a fireplace and dining table. When decorating the luxury villa Terrasossa Kaštelir, great emphasis was placed on the details, natural materials and handcraft. Choosing this villa for the perfect vacation is the right decision, and you will definitely want to come back!.
Villa Terrarossa Kaštelir is located in the eponymous town Kaštelir, which is only 10 kilometres away from Porec. Kastelir is located on the west coast of Istria and is an ideal destination for all who need to relax and enjoy nature. The small place is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, so it is not surprising that there you can taste but also buy very tasty and quality olive oil and wine. Many residents are engaged in agriculture, which of course affects the excellent gastronomic offer. Head to one of the local restaurants and choose one of the traditional Istrian dishes, which we are sure you will enjoy!
If you want to see the cultural sights but also long for the sea and the sun, Poreč is the right place for you. The Euphrasian Basilica, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is located in Poreč. The basilica is located in the centre of the city and it will not be difficult to find;). In the vicinity of the city, there are many beaches, where you can sunbathe and of course cool off in the beautiful clear sea. Charming Istria will surely enchant you!

Die Villa Terrarossa ist wirklich eine 5 Sterne Villa. Es ist alles genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir waren zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, sowie ein Hund) und sind ganz herzlich von Mirjana und Dino begrüßt worden. Die beiden waren zu jederzeit ansprechbar und konnten uns viele nützliche Tipps geben. Nebenbei sprechen die beiden hervorragend gut deutsch.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Vor allem die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Hochwertiges Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, scharfe Messer, Geschirrhandtücher, Putzmittel, etc. Sogar eine Flasche Olivenöl stand bereit und einiges an Gewürzen war auch schon da. Eine Flasche von Mirjanas selbstgemachtem Limoncello wartete im Gefrierfach auf uns.
Es standen uns mehr als genug sehr gute, flauschige Handtücher in verschiedenen Größen zur Verfügung.
Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren total gut und jedes Zimmer total stimmig eingerichtet.
Unser Highlight war der riesige Pool und Whirlpool, samt Außenküche mit Eiswürfelbereiter.
Im wunderschön angelegten Garten gibt es auch ein Gemüsebeet mit vielen Tomaten Zucchinis und Paprika, sowie einiges an Kräutern. Außerdem gab es Feigen und Weintrauben. Und das Beste, wir durften alles ernten.
Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und eine unvergessliche Auszeit genossen.
Wir können die Villa Terrarossa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen👍.
