Inside, the villa has an open space area, which combines the kitchen, dining and living area. The contemporary interior design will awaken the desire to spend just as many beautiful moments inside as outside. Thanks to the numerous, large glass fronts, this area is flooded with light and you can enjoy the garden view at any time. The ground floor has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden. Upstairs, you will find the two other comfortable bedrooms, also with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms share a terrace with outdoor furniture, where you are offered a view of the surrounding. On the garden terrace, you can use the barbecue area to prepare delicious dishes on the charcoal grill and enjoy them on the outside dining table. The village Smolići is located in Istria and belongs to the municipality of Višnjan. In Višnjan you should stroll through the streets, admire the historical heritage and maybe let locals tell you some interesting stories about their town. In the surrounding area you will not only find several wineries and taverns - where, by the way, you should definitely try local delicacies - but also a lavender farm and an observatory. Moreover, Istria is well-known for numerous hiking and biking trails - the perfect way to spend a great time in nature. Make sure to visit the Baredine cave as well as the Zarečki krov waterfall, where you will be offered stunning views. Not far away from Višnjan, you can relax at one of the beautiful beaches in Poreč or Novigrad, two of the most popular spots on the Istrian coast.

Die Villa Tola in Smoliči ist ein Traum! Wunderschön gelegen inkl. Sicht auf den nahegelegenen Wald, sehr ruhig (nur Hahn am Morgen zu hören), grosszügige, helle Räume, schöner Garten, luxuriös ausgestattet, toller Pool, alles neuwertig und geschmackvoll. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch den Gastgeber, hervorragende Betreuung während des gesamten Aufenthalts mit allerlei Tipps. Städte, Strände, Konobas und Läden in guter Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wertvoller Hinweis zu Spezialitäten-Laden im Dorf mit Wein, Grappa und Olivenöl. Wir hätten am liebsten verlängert! Der Abschied aus Istrien fiel sehr schwer.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer idyllischen, ruhigen und wunderschönen Umgebung. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat regelmäßig die Außenanlagen und den Pool in Stand gehalten, sowie nach der ersten Woche Handtücher und Bettzeug gewechselt. Die Lage ist gut, um von hier Ausflüge und Trips in die nähere Umgebung zu unternehmen, in Porec ist man in 30 min, in Pula (via Autobahn) in 45 min. Groznjan (Künstlerdorf) und Motovin, Buje und Novigrad sind immer eine Fahrt wert und „by Willi“ im Norden von Porec haben wir öfters wirklich gut gegessen. Das Haus ist sein Geld wert! Viel Spaß!
