The charming Villa Torre I with private pool is set in the vicinity of the ancient town of Porec and can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. It is located near the sea and features a wonderful sea view from the upper terrace.

This elegantly furnished villa is perfect for beach lovers who want to spend a relaxing family holiday in Istria.
The house is full of beautiful details that create a cosy atmosphere for your dream holiday. On the ground floor, there is a nice, light and open living room that invites you to simply relax. A large fully equipped kitchen with a dining room is great for preparing delicious meals for your loved ones. All of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower. One bedroom with double bed is set on the ground floor, whereas the other two are located on the upper floor.
The outside area is characterised by a pool and a covered dining area. The pool features two areas — the deeper one for swimming and the shallower one for relaxation. If you’re a fan of grilling, you’ll be happy to hear that there is a charcoal grill at your disposal. Enjoy delightful Istrian summer nights on this lovely terrace and treat yourself to a glass of a cold beverage.

This beautiful holiday home is located in the village of Tar near Porec. Just 2.5 km from the beach it features a nice sea view. The Tar-Vabriga area offers cultural and touristic events (e.g. donkey race). While staying in our villas near Porec (9 km), don't miss to visit the Euphrasian Basilica. It was built in the middle of the 6th century in the Byzantine style and it's considered to be one of most beautiful works of art in the world. Poreč is a town with a rich cultural heritage where a massive city wall defies time and greets visitors from all over the world.

Schönes Ferienhaus in idealer Lage. Sauber, leichte Gebrauchsspuren im Laufe der Zeit, schöne Pool´s. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig ebenso zu erreichen wie der schöne Ortskern, Ausflüge nach Porec, Novigrad und Vrsar sowie zum Strand auf Grund der zentralen Lagezwischen 10-25 Minuten. Gute Betreuung durch Marijana, jederzeit erreichbar bei evtl. Fragen. Ideal auch für Urlaub mit Hund auf Grund der Umzäunung mit dichter Hecke und/oder Zaun. Wir waren Mitte/Ende September für zwei Wochen da, noch schönes Wetter um die Zeit. Kommen gerne wieder, Preis/Leistung passt auf jeden Fall.
