Lovely Villa Zirdum is an excellent choice for a relaxed family vacation. With 3 bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to 6 persons (+ 1 child up to 7 years old upon request).

The ground floor has an open concept - there you will find a cosy living room with a fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms, equipped with a double bed as well as 2 bathrooms. On the upper floor you will find 2 further bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is bright and airy, but if you prefer spending time outside, you will be thrilled by your own inviting pool. Soak up the sun and enjoy the serenity a small Istrian village can offer. At your disposal is a charcoal barbecue - have a fun time grilling and enjoy your meals al fresco, on the terrace. There is WiFi and A/C. Choose Villa Zirdum for your holiday and spend a lovely vacation in Istria!
Villa Zirdum is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.

Villa Zirdum is located just a short drive from Porec, one of the largest coastal towns in Istria. Porec is definitely more than just sun and sea - it´s a town with a long and rich history going all the way back to the Roman empire. When in Porec, you definitely have to visit the Euphrasian basilica, an excellent example of early Byzantine architecture in the Mediterranean region.The basilica is listed on the UNESCO world heritage list since 1997. Take a walk through the narrow streets of the city, visit the towns museums and galeries and enjoy the relaxed city vibe.The nearest beaches are only 4 km from the villa and there is a variety to choose from, depending on your wishes. Porec also offers many restaurants and bars - the choice is yours!

Alles so wie man sich das vorstellt. Tolle gut gelaunte Vermieter. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, bei Anreise gab es was kaltes zu trinken und bei Abreise gab es sogar kleine Geschenke. Alle Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit, wir waren sehr zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Total ruhig, und dennoch zentral. Nachbarn sieht man kaum. Am Ende der Straße hat man auch keine anderen Leute um sich herum. Alles super toll. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Danke

Eine traumhaft schöne Villa...Bilder und Beschreibung 1:1 identisch! Sehr herzliche Begrüßung der Eigentümer es war eine nicht zu vergessende Woche. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke!
