The charming villa Allegra Istriana is located in the municipality of Fazana, a small village in the southwestern part of the Istrian peninsula. Just a few hundred meters from the villa there are beautiful pebble beaches, which we are sure will delight you with its beauty and crystal clear sea. A twenty-minute car ride away is the cities of Pula and Rovinj, famous Istrian gems, where you can find many sights such as the famous Pula Arena. The city of Rovinj is known for its romantic narrow streets and Mediterranean houses. If you need to buy groceries, the shops are only a few kilometres away from the villa and are easily accessible by foot. Taste real Istrian specialities with truffles in local restaurants in the municipality of Fazana. If you are planning excursions, be sure to visit the famous Brijuni National Park, a few minutes by boat from Fazana.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser tollen Villa. Sie hat alles, was man braucht und ist genau so, wie auf den Fotos gezeigt wird. Es ist nur ein kurzer Fussweg zum Strand, wo man ganz für sich alleine sein konnte. Das Meer ist sehr sauber und war ausserordentlich ruhig. Gut mit dem SUP zu erkunden! Auch wenn es schon Anfang Oktober war, war das Wetter noch top und genug warm für jegliche Aussenaktivitäten. Wir können dieses Haus und die Organisation von My Istria nur weiterempfehlen. Wir würden sofort wieder hier ein Haus buchen. Vielen Dank!
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien und sind einfach nur begeistert von der Villa.
Es ist alle vorhanden, egal ob Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine oder Eiswürfelmaker.
Absolutes highlight ist natürlich der große Pool. Dieser war perfekt für unsere Kinder, natürlich hatten auch die Erwachsenen ihren Spass :-).
Zum exklusiven Ambiente (mit einer wirklich extrem geschmackvollen Ausstattung) kommt noch absolute Sauberkeit und und eine perfekte Hausverwaltung! Egal für was, Stela und Anita waren immer für uns da. Sogar einen selbstgemachten Kuchen gab es zu den beiden Geburtstagen.
Die Zufahrt ist etwas unscheinbar, aber die Lage generell ist top. Keine fünf Gehminuten ist ein sehr leckeres Lokal und der Strand ist auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Eine Traumvilla ! Wir waren alle sehr begeistert . Die Zimmer , die Sauberkeit , Küchenausstattung , der Pool , das ganze Ambiente einfach top

A stunning villa with excellent facilities. There were 6 adults and 3 children so the accommodation was more than adequate, particularly with en suite bathrooms for each room. Gorgeous pool and outdoor area which was ideal for meals.
Fazana is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and a pleasant walk along the beach. We had a brilliant holiday and would thoroughly recommend the villa.
Ein Traumhaus mit Top Lage, welches keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll, die Ausstattung mehr als wir erwartet hatten inkl. Dart, Billard, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrräder. Wunderschöner Aussenbereich mit tollem Pool und Whirlpool auf Dachterrasse. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Service vorab und vor Ort top, Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Es war besser als erwartet und hat alles übertroffen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und bei der ganzen Anlage hat man sehr viel wert auf Kleinigkeiten gelegt.
Wir waren zu 7. Und jeder war mehr als zufrieden. Bei Fragen wurde sofort geholfen sodass wir bedenkenlos unsere schöne Zeit genießen konnten. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen, diese Preis-Leistung ist kaum noch zu toppen vielen Dank.
Wir waren insgesamt 11 Personen und sind mit der Anlage rund um sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Anwesen ist top gepflegt und in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Bei Fragen und Anliegen rund ums Haus wurde uns stets sofort geholfen. Gerne wieder !

Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Es ist sehr geräumig, bietet viel Platz, war sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Ich kann mich nur meinem Vorredner anschließen. Absolut zu empfehlen !!
Wir waren 2 Familien und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Es liegt sehr ruhig, 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Fazana. Der nächste Strand kann in 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 2 Minuten mit den vorhandenen Rädern erreicht werden. Das Haus war sehr sauber, bietet viel Platz und hat alles was man sich wünscht - und noch viel mehr :-). Hervor heben möchten wir die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Besitzerin hat das wirklich toll gemacht.
Stela die Verwalterin das Hauses war immer für uns zu erreichen und hat uns geholfen wann immer möglich. Danke.
Fazana ist ein netter Ort und sehr gut gelegen. Sowohl Rovinj anls auch Prematura sind mit dem Auto in unter 30 Minuten erreichbar.
Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen hier nochmal einen Urlaub zu verbringen.
