Unserer Meinung und Empfinden nach hat alles in einem sehr gut gepasst.
Die Anlage um die Villa und die Erreichbarkeit des Hausherren bzgl. verschiedene Anliegen wurden prompt erledigt.
Die Villa ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Super schönes Haus genau so wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber immer sehr schneller Kontakt egal ob über die Vermittlung oder wenn man direkt im Haus irgendwas hatte. Kann ich jedem nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank dass wir eine schöne Zeit bei euch verbringen durften.

Bilo je prijetno in mirno. Lokacija vile je sredi neokrnjene narave, plaže in morje oddaljeno le 10 minut vožnje z avtomobilom. Objekt čist in urejen, bi pa si pri tako lepi vili želeli več pozornosti pri opremi kuhinje. Lahko bi bilo več posode, bolj izbrani kozarci, prav tako TV v dnevni sobi glede na velikost prostora ni primeren, ker je premajhen. Zunanjost vile, ki je sicer zelo lepo urejena, bi zaradi izjemno sončne lege potrebovala ob bazenu še kakšen senčnik več in na zahodni strani objekta, kjer je letna kuhinja, zastirko oz. tendo, saj je popoldne zares vroče. Če bi lastnik za prihodnje pomislil še na kakšno nadstrešnico za avtomobile, bi bilo vse skupaj zares odlično.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen und gemütlichen Haus. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles was das Urlauber Herz begehrt. Die Hausbesitzer sind super nett und Gastfreundlich. Sie kümmern sich perfekt um Haus Garten Pool etc.
ps der Pool war der Mittelpunkt für die ganze Familie. Im Haus finden Sie Informationen ( inklusive Telefonnummer) für einen privaten Boot Trip mit einem tollen Skipper - Arsen. Sein Boot ist toll und der 4 Stunden Trip in die Buchten Kroatien’s war eine tolle Erfahrung und preislich super.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Villa Anzela und haben jeden Tag genossen. Nicht nur die Villa lud zum Entspannen ein, sondern auch bzw. gerade die Außenanlage. Die Sitzecke beim Grill war perfekt zum Frühstücken und zum Abendessen!
Die Sonnenliegen an Pool waren herrlich bequem und unter den großen Sonnenschirmen fanden alle, die wollten einen Schattenplatz!
Auch der Garten war geschmackvoll gestaltet.
Die Schlafzimmer und die Betten waren für uns genau richtig. Und wenn man vor dem Zubettgehen noch die Klimaanlage laufen ließ, war es eine angenehme Temperatur.
Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub, der uns komplett entschleunigt hat.
Ausflüge nach Pula und Rovinj sorgten für Abwechslung.
Ein großes Lob und Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber. Sie sorgten dafür, dass wir uns wie Zuhause fühlen konnten und gaben uns Tipps, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Alles in allem können wir diese Villa nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne, moderne, saubere Villa. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Sehr ruhige Lage, genau richtig zum entspannen. Wir haben dort eine tolle Woche verbracht. Immer wieder gerne und sehr zu empfehlen.

Just come back from a week staying at Villa Anzela in early August. This is a really lovely villa - modern & spacious and situated in a perfect location to use as a base to explore the Istria region, which is really beautiful.
The villa had plenty of room for us (5 guests) both inside & outside in the garden/poolside. It was equipped with everything we needed & very comfortable place to stay.
There is a local supermarket in Braban about 10mins drive away & also 2-3 restaurants within a short drive that were very nice. If you like cycling, there are very convenient cycle routes close by - although watch out as there are some very long & steep roads near by to avoid !
Both host & owner were very welcoming & charming. Lovely touch was the parting gift to us from the owner. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Super Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr schön ruhig (zumindest Ende September). Also optimal zum auftanken. Einzig die Anfahrt ist etwas schwierig da das Navigation und auch die Google app die Adresse noch nicht anzeigt. Aber wenn man Richtung Belavici fährt kann man die Villa nicht verfehlen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
