The lovely villa Enjoy with private pool is located in the south of Istria, near the towns of Pula and Medulin. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.

Get to know Pula and its surroundings and spend a wonderful holiday with your loved ones in this beautiful villa.
When you enter the villa, you will find yourself in an open space living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The comfy living room sofa is very inviting and perfect for a taking a nap during the day after a delicious family meal that you’ve prepared in the kitchen right next to it. There are a total of 4 lovely bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with a double bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. These wonderful bedrooms are bound to provide you maximal comfort during your stay. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, while the remaining rooms are set on the upper floor and feature a balcony.
In the summertime, you will surely appreciate the wonderful outdoor area the most. Refresh yourself in the pool and enjoy the warm sun rays on one of the sun loungers afterwards. Your children will be thrilled to hear that there is a trampoline in the garden. You can easily keep an eye on your children from the sun loungers while they play on the trampoline.

The location of this villa is really convenient - just a few kilometres from the nearest beach and close to both Pula and Medulin. At the same time, the villa is in a fairly quiet area. Pula is the largest port and the tourist centre of the Istrian peninsula. Rich in culture, tradition and beautiful nature, Pula offers all sorts of leisure activities, including sports facilities, restaurants and organized excursions. The symbol of this city is definitely the twenty centuries-old city Arena, where gladiator fights and hunting spectacles were held during the Roman time. Today it represents the sixth largest amphitheatre in the world. Pula offers great opportunities for vacation. Except for the city alone, you should definitely visit the surrounding - the lush green countryside of southern Istria, the beauty of surrounding beaches, the nature park Kamenjak or the National Park Brioni.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhige Lage, toller Pool. Tolle Zimmer mit sauberen Badezimmern. Küche, Wohnzimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet. Würden immer wieder kommen. Fam. Boese

sehr gepflegtes Haus,und Pool es fehlt an nichts ,Kochutensilien sind alle vorhanden.H. Sehic hat im hintergrund seine Tätigkeiten ausgeführt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zb. Pool reinigen, Wäsche wechseln. Er stand bei Fragen für uns bereit . Leider lässt das WLAN zu wünschen übrig somit hatten wir eine ruhige Zeit. Danke für die tollen zwei Wochen die wir dort verbracht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder Fam. D.Wolfer und Th. Wolfer mit Kids
