Luxurious Villa Klen is located in Pula, a town in Istria known mostly for its rich cultural heritage. The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms, all of which have their private bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 15 persons.
The open plan ground floor is absolutely stunning. There you will find one of the bedrooms as well as a large living room with SAT-TV and a stereo system, fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need during your vacation, a dining area, and an extra bathroom. From the ground floor, you can directly access the pool area where you can spend your days soaking up the warm Istrian sun or just having a great time in the outdoor kitchen, where you will find a pool table, darts and table tennis, as well as a barbecue. The rest of the bedrooms is divided over the first and second floor, all of them equipped with cosy double beds and private balconies with lounge areas, from where you have a view of the surroundings and the pool area. On the first floor, there are 4 large bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of them is the master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. From this floor, you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea!
All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have SAT-TV. A special feature of villa Klen is that it has an electric vehicle charging station.
Villa Klen is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.

When it comes to culture and tradition, Pula is considered to be the centre of Istria. Pula had it´s peak during the Roman period, which left many traces, the most impressive being the Amphitheatre. Pula offers a diversity of activities, from sport facilities, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, to organised excursions, for example to the national park Brijuni. Like many other coastal towns, Pula is also known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Lush forests, a diversity of beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate make this place a very attractive destination for seaside lovers.

Wir waren Anfang August zum 1 x in der Villa Klen. Durch die Bewertungen waren wir natürluch sehr gespannt & was soll ich sagen, die Villa ist ein Traum. Genauso wie auf den Fotos! Die Outdoorküche ist der Wahnsinn. Matteo ist so ein lieber Vermieter & immer zur Stelle, wenn etwas gebraucht wird. Wir wurden mit 2 vollen Obstkörben, genug Getränken & tollen Mehlspeisen empfangen, danach wurden uns einige Sachen gut erklärt.
Restaurants & Eisdielen empfohlen.
Unser Urlaub war perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Ich war vom 15.7.- 22.7. 2023 mit meiner Familie in der Villa Klen. Für uns war es zum ersten Mal, dass wir ein Haus gebucht hatten. Ich konnte es gar nicht glauben, dass es genau so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen hat. Es war für mich alles perfekt. Matteo ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wenn ich wieder in Kroatien Urlaub mache dann sicher wieder in der Villa Klen.

This villa was more than we expected. We were group of 12 and had a great week in July 2023. Villa is very well equipped and designed. The near by small grocery store was really convenient. Our host Matteo was outstanding and help us in all our questions and requests.
Wir hatten für die letzte Juni-Woche diese Villa für unsere 15-köpfige Gruppe als Urlaubsdomizil gebucht. Was soll ich hier noch weiter zur Villa Klen schreiben? Es gibt nichts, was in vorhergehenden Bewertungen nicht schon hervorgehoben worden ist und alles entspricht der Wahrheit.
Die Erklärungen sowie Einweisungen zum Haus durch den Eigentümer Matteo ist in vollster Zufriedenheit erfolgt.
Die Sommerküche ist hervorragend mit dem tollen Gasgrill, dem großen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlbereich und Eiswürfelspender, Kaffeemaschine etc. etc.. Wird zum Lebensunterhalt etwas dringend gebraucht, der kleine Supermarkt keine 50 Meter vom Haus bietet sehr viel an. Wir hatten selten so gute Matratzen vorgefunden, die einem auch in der Nacht erholsamen Urlaubs-Schlaf gewährleistet haben.
Fazit für diese Urlaubswoche ist: Wir wünschen Matteo mit seiner Ferienimmobilie weiterhin alles Gute denn so eine freundliche und hilfsbereite persönliche Betreuung findet man nur selten vor.

Twelve of us adults spent a few days here and had a great time. The accommodation is clean and spacious. It’s great for privacy that each room has its own bathroom.We had everything we needed for a good time: summer kitchen, barbecue, swimming pool, jacuzzi, ice machine, and sports facilities. Additional reliefs are two large refrigerators and a separate cooler for drinks. I can’t forget to mention the Playstation 4 either.
The content outside is more than enough to spend the whole day by the pool: shower, toilet, sports facilities, summer kitchen, deckchairs, large tables, and a large number of chairs. At no time did we lack anything. Once again, I must mention that everything is extremely clean and well maintained.If you need to buy groceries, there is a small shop right next to the villa. There is also a cafe, but we had no need to go because we were greeted by a coffee machine and a large amount of coffee for it.The host is extremely kind. He showed us patiently and in detail how to use everything. We also received recommendations for nearby restaurants and butchers where we bought meat for the barbecue.Excellent, above expectations and I definitely recommend it. I would come back again :)
Wow - This villa is outstanding!
We booked this villa for ourselves, our adult children and our grandchildren for a summer family holiday in August. We picked it from the photographs on the website and the description.
When we arrived we were not disappointed, the villa is fantastic. It was spacious, well decorated, spotlessly clean, with all the facilities exactly as described. All bedrooms were ensuite with an abundance of towels in each room. The laundry room was fully equipped and there was enough washing liquid and dishwasher tablets for our entire stay.
The host (Matteo) was excellent and has thought of everything and ensured everything was perfect for us. When we arrived the villa was freshly stocked with fresh fruit, soft drinks and chilled wine which was a lovely touch when we first arrived.
We arrived early in the day and Matteo arranged an airport pick up and pizza restaurant until the villa was ready - this was a great idea and the family loved it.
Matteo recommended great restaurants for our stay and also where to get fresh fish and meat for our bbq’s. He also gave us an outstanding recommendations for what to see and do in the local area and further around the coastline.
We cannot recommend Villa Klen and Matteo highly enough.
Thank you for making our holiday special with wonderful memories that we we all never forget.
We cannot wait to come back.

Lieber Matteo! Durch die vielen positiven Bewertungen waren unsere Erwartungen natürlich sehr hoch! Aber ich kann nur sagen: unsere Erwartungen wurden alle übertroffen und wir können uns den voherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen!! Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Fotos - einfach perfekt! Mit dem gut gefüllten Kühlschrank, der süßen Überraschung und der Einladung ins Restaurant Tivoli habt ihr uns eine riesige Freude gemacht! Zudem war es im und um das Haus sehr sehr sauber! Wir sind mit 12 Leuten für eine Woche angereist. Zur Begrüßung würden wir erstmal zur Pizzeria Tivoli eingeladen ( die Pizza war genial). Der außen Kühlschrank war bei unsere Anreise auch schon gut gefüllt. Die Villa war so cool wie auf den Bildern. Die Zimmer sind schön und der Pool hat's auch in sich. Kurz gesagt war es eine tolle Erfahrung die man gerne wieder macht.

Wir haben eine ganz wunderbare Ferienwoche in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Schon auf unserer Anfahrt meldete sich Matteo. Da wir viel zu früh da waren, wurden wir erst mal mit einem leckeren Mittagessen in der Pizzeria Tivoli verwöhnt. Eine sehr willkommene Stärkung nach der anstrengenden Fahrt. Als wir später in der Villa ankamen, wurden unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Villa lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben vor allem den Pool und die Aussenküche ausgiebig genutzt und genossen. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben dürfen die Willkommensgaben in Form von Obst, Getränken, Wein und köstlichen Dolci, die von uns gleich am ersten Abend verputzt wurden. Matteo ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und auch immer zu erreichen. Wer einen richtig tollen Urlaub erleben möchte, sollte sich diese Ferienvilla gönnen, wir können sie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. :)
Amazing Villa perfect for all of our group of 13, we were very well looked after by our host Mateo nothing was too much trouble. The complementary wine, fruit and cake went down really well as well as the meal at the local Pizza restaurant i was not expecting that the whole group loved it. I would definitely book this Villa again for our next visit to Croatia. 😊👍

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Klen war wunschfrei :) wir wurden herzlichen von Onkel Edo empfangen, der uns einiges zur Villa erklärt hat und uns am Abend mit der leckeren Pizza verpflegt hat. Matteo ist super zuvorkommend, nett und hilft sobald man ihn kontaktiert. Ein rundum sorglos Packet - mehr kann man sich für den Urlaub nicht wünschen!
Die Villa selbst ist super ausgestattet, alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, ist da. Der Whirlpool und der Pool sind bombastisch und wenn man sich doch neben den ganzen Angeboten etwas langweilt, kann man die Fitnessgeräte in der Garage nutzen
Danke an Matteo und Onkel Edo für den herzlichen Empfang, die herzliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und hoffen bald wieder Gäste zu sein!
Just heading back from a 7-day holiday in beautiful villa Klen; we were families with kids (baby to teenagers) and everyone had most wonderful time. Villa is spacious, equipped with everything you might need, even some bonus features like ice machine or drinks fridge; there are 2 kitchens, with outdoor one almost exclusively used by our group as outdoor itself is wonderful - great size pool, shower, jacuzzi, pool table, playground, plenty of space to chill…it was hard to leave. Matteo is really a super host - he welcomed us, showed around, shared little tips & tricks like where to buy barbecue meat or fish so we did not need to do any investigation on our own, but then fruit, drinks, even cake that awaited us in the house! Dinner in near by pizza restaurant Tivoli was organized by Matteo on the arrival day where the high-level service just continued (we were guests during previous trips so knew food will be great) - everything was superb! Thank you Matteo - we are already thinking about coming back! 😊

Liebes Myistria Team, wir waren zu Pfingsten in der Villa KLEN. Wir haben ein wunderschönes, sauberes Haus eine Woche erleben dürfen. Mit 11 Personen konnten wir die Villa in vollen Zügen genießen, die Aufteilung ist sehr durchdacht und großzügig. Der Pool ist einzigartig, das haben auch unsere Kinder Tag und Nacht genutzt. Der Vermieter Matteo ist Klasse, das versprochene Essen in seinem super Restaurant haben wir natürlich auch genießen dürfen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!!

Ihr habt uns mehr geboten als wir erwartet hatten.
Zum Haus selbst:
Sehr gepflegt und wie auf den Bildern versprochen schön eingerichtet. Nein mehr sogar. Von dem Whirpool wussten wir noch gar nichts. Alles war in sehr gutem Zustand und perfekt ausgelegt für 14 Leute. 2 Küchen plus genialem Grill, 3 Kühlschränke (einer mit Eiswürfelfunktion am Wasser angeschlossen) und Weinkühler. Schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und sauberen Bädern. Bettzeug und Handtücher waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Eben alles wie auf den Bildern versprochen.
Zum Service:
Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang mit einem tollem Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit kalt gestellten Getränken einer Wassermelone sowie einer hervorragenden Schokoladentorte überrascht. Zudem durften wir den Wein aus dem Kühler umsonst verkosten und wir hatten einen Wasserspender mit genügend Auffüllmöglichkeiten. Was will man mehr...
Ach ja zum Essen eingeladen werden. Auch dies hat sich der Gastgeber in seinem Restaurant am ersten Abend nicht nehmen lassen. Sehr gutes Essen und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die komplette Rechnung für 14 Personen ging auf ihn - vielen Dank nochmals.
Bei Rückfragen zu technischen Schwierigkeiten oder zu anderen Dingen, wie z.B. um einen Tennisplatz zu buchen, war der Hausverwalter immer zu erreichen und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch dafür 5 von 5 Sternen. Toller Service.
Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit die wir in der Villa Klen verbringen durften. Im Namen aller 14 darf ich sagen wir haben uns bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt und können euch bestens weiterempfehlen. Vielleicht bis bald.

Wir waren 9 Freunde und sind alle absolut begeistert von dieser Villa! Sie ist sehr sauber und hat alles was das Herz begehrt (von Jacuzzi und Pool über Billardtisch bis hin zu einer Außenküche). Der Vermieter Matteo ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er bereitet ein Willkommensessen und frisches Obst und Wein vor und ist offen für alle Fragen!
Es war ein richtig schöner Urlaub! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Villa Klen is stunning.
The quality of accommodation is sublime and the pool, outdoor space and amenities are outstanding.
All 11 family members were completely blown away, indeed, on the last night none of us could come up with a single criticism for our stay at Villa Klen.
Excellent small shop and bar next door & good restaurants within easy walking distance of the Villa.
A good selection of bigger supermarkets are about a five minute drive away.
Pula Harbour & Amphitheatre are about 20-25 minutes walk away and the airport is only 7km away.
I cannot recommend Villa Klen highly enough - if what you want is a great space to spend with family and friends, in top quality surroundings - this is the one.!!
Special thanks to Matteo and the team at Tivoli for ensuring we were spectacularly looked after.

Nachdem wir von unserem Super-Gastgeber Matteo persönlich vom Amphitheater in Pula abgeholt worden sind - wir konnten das Haus nicht finden -, sind wir in der Villa aufs Herzlichste mit einem Menü aus seiner Pizzeria empfangen worden. Matteo hat des Weiteren mit einer großen Auswahl gekühlter Getränke, Wein und einer Riesentorte aufgewartet. Als Entschädigung für einen kurzzeitigen Ausfall der Außenbeleuchtung am dritten Tag hat er uns eine große Platte ausgezeichneter Scampi vorbeigebracht. Die Villa ist auf das Beste und Modernste ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts, und wenn doch, wird es von dem stets hilfsbereiten Gastgeber kurzerhand organisiert. Wir waren im September mit einer Gruppe von 13 Leuten in der Villa Klen zu Gast. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Matteo ist ein aufmerksamer und netter Gastgeber, der alles für eine super Urlaubswoche möglich gemacht hat. Der Service war rundum überwältigend, ebenso wie das Ambiente und die zahlreichen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Von der Villa ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit zu den nächst größeren Supermärkten und auch zum Strand ist man in kurzer Zeit gefahren. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort, um seinen Urlaub zu geniessen!
Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!

Just had the most amazing week at Villa Klen, it was everything we had hoped for and more. We were a family of 9 adults and 3 small children celebrating my husbands 60th birthday, and it had something for everyone from the adult games, pool table, football table, table tennis and jacuzzi, to the play area that kept our 3 year old granddaughter amused for hours. She and her barbie dolls actually used the jacuzzi more than the adults! She loved it.
We have two younger grandchildren and we were supplied with 2 cots and 2 high chairs as requested, nothing was too much trouble for Matteo, the host/owner.
There was plenty of room for all with everyone having their own spacious comfy ensuite bedroom with great views from the balconies. During the day, with everyone in the communal areas, you never felt you were tripping over each other. The kitchen was well equipped and we had every utensil imaginable, and everything was duplicated in the outside kitchen.
There were added touches we weren't expecting such as the water cooler with ample supplies of extra water, a huge American sized fridge and a separate drinks fridge. Perfect for the 30 degree weather we had.
Matteo organised a free meal at a local pizzeria on arrival, and also free transfers from and back to the airport, all added little touches that we didn't have to worry about.
Pula itself was just beautiful, and a visit to the Colosseum is a "must do".
I can't recommend Villa Klen and Pula enough, it is a holiday that has created wonderful memories for us all, and we'll be talking about it for a long time to come. Thank you Matteo for sharing Villa Klen for all to enjoy!

Wir haben mit 2 Familien - 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kindern im Alter von 5 bis 11 Jahren - 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht.
Die 6 Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad auf 3 Etagen lassen einem ausreichend Raum für Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Alles ist außerordentlich gepflegt und sauber.
Wir haben ausschließlich die Außenküche mit der Möglichkeit zum Grillen genutzt. Der Pool ist einfach nur toll.
Vom Gastgeber, Matteo, wird man schon bei der Ankunft freundlich in Empfang genommen. Er organisiert alles, damit der Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wird. Erster Einkauf, Restaurantempfehlungen und -reservierungen, Taxiservice, Besorgungen fürs Barbecue - einfach alles. Der Rundum-Wohlfühl-Service.
Ein „Tante Emma“-Laden ist direkt in der Nähe. Hier bekommt man alles Nötige für den täglichen Bedarf. Ins Zentrum von Pula läuft man ca. 40 Minuten zu Fuß oder Taxi Edi steht parat. Die Kosten für die Taxifahrt sind moderat. Rovinj ist ebenfalls mit dem Taxi innerhalb von 40 Minuten erreichbar und eine Reise wert.
Für Hobbysportler stehen ein Stepper, Laufband und Heimtrainer zur Verfügung.
Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Waschmaschine und Trockner erleichtern den Aufenthalt mit Kindern und längerer Verweildauer.
Sehr gerne vergeben wir 5 wunderbare Sterne für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub in Kroatien.
Wir haben im Mai 2019 mit 6 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern eine wunderbare Woche verbracht und können uns den super Bewertungen nur vollständig anschließen. Die Villa war supermodern, sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und vor allem perfekt, um in einer großen Gruppe draußen zu kochen und zu essen. Die Kinder hatten einen Riesen-Spaß am Pool, die Erwachsenen mit den Liegestühlen auch. Matteo war ein super aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat uns eine Menge guter Tipps gegeben (u.a. ein super uriges Fischlokal) und einem Sonntag Abend auch noch einen Notfall-Zahnarzttermin zu eine sehr fairen Preis organisiert. Wir haben gleich für 2020 wieder reserviert!

We are just back home in the Netherlands from a fantastic week in Villa Klen.
With 11 adults and 2 toddlers we booked the villa for a week. And what a week it was.
Everything was settled to the details. When we arrived, Matteo welcomed us and we were surprises about this beautifull house and the food and drinks that were already been stalled for us.
The villa was spacious, the rooms are large, the bathrooms were fine and the garden with the pool: WOW. And there was also some very nice surprise, which you will see when you arrive.
It's even more beautifull than the pictures show.
Matteo was a great host, he adviced us were to eat (free welcome diner or lunch at the local Pizzeria Tivoli), what to do and if we had any questions, he reacts right away.
For us, it almost couldn't get any better, so I would recommend this villa to everyone!

Die Villa übertraf die Erwartungen von uns allen und wir konnten keinen Verbesserungspunkt finden.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und modern ausgestattet: Billard, Kicker, Pool, Jacuzzi, Dart, Grill, Schaukel, genügend Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Kühlschränke... außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
Die Unterkunft fanden wir ausgezeichnet und die persönliche Betreuung durch Matteo, unseren Gastgeber, war herausragend. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns viele Emfpehlungen zu Restaurants, Stränden usw., die unseren Urlaub zu einem noch besseren Erlebnis machten. Diese persönliche Betreuung kannte niemand von uns bisher. Matteo ist wirklich daran interessiert, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht und das merkt man zu jedem Zeitpunkt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und verbringen unseren Urlaub bei Matteo :-)

Just returned from a fabulous week in Villa Klen, couldn’t fault anything about the house. There were 8 in our party and the size was great, big bedrooms, great showers, lovely pool (heated) and easy access to all the local attractions. We didn’t do many tourist attractions but went on a Dolphin sunset boat trip and saw loads of them and had a good time, a visit to Rovinj was great and Pula nearby has lots to offer. Matteo was a great host and offered lots of advice on where to eat, where to visit and how things worked. If you are visiting Croatia I would definitely recommend Villa Klen as a great place to stay..
Was für eine tolle Woche! Unsere Familie (12 Personen) wurde sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind sehr komfortabel und tiptop sauber. Pool und Yakuzzi sind grandios. Die vielen zusätzlichen Aufmerksamkeiten von Matteo und seiner Familie sind überwältigend! Wir schließen uns unseren Vorgängern an und bedanken uns von ganzem Herzen für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Die Villa ist wirklich überdurchschnittlich und übertrifft die Beschreibungen noch bei weitem!!!!
Egal ob Ausstattung, Sauberkeit oder Komfort.....alles ist einfach top! Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um alle Probleme oder Wünsche!
Wir können uns nur von ganzem Herzen für einen unbeschreiblich schönen Aufenthalt bedanken!!!!
Villa Klen is a superb well equipped villa about 5-7 minutes from the centre of Pula (by car). Our party consisted of 12 old gits in our 60s and 70s and cannot fault it. It would equally be as good for a large family or more. There are 6 double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, all decorated to a high standard. One of the bedrooms has a extra sofa /bed which could accommodate a 13th person. This is the first time I have looked at the photographs on the web and found the actual house to reflect these photographs exactly.. It is truly brilliant.. There are two kitchens, one indoors and the other outside by the pool., a large dining room and a sitting room on the ground floor with a second relaxing area on the second floor next to the gym. Thereis a small grocery shop about 10 metres away for all your fresh food.. The pool is magnificent, only 1.3 metres in depth all over so is suitable for children of all ages providing they can swim. If this was not enough the garden boasts in addition a Jacuzzi. Parking space for at least 5 cars is available as well..

Wunderschönes Haus, Matteo toller super freundlicher Gastgeber.
Wir durften 1 Woche Anfang September hier genießen und waren mehr als begeistert.
Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Thank you for a great stay! We were a big group of 8 adults and 6 kids who spend a week in the end of June in this beautiful villa. The house is spacious, clean and perfectly located closed to serveral day trip spots. Matteo is a wonderful host who did everything to make us feel at home! Upon arrival he told us he had an electric car charger installed (since he had heard that some of us were going in a Tesla) and a jacuzzi ”as a surprise”! I can truly recommend this house for everyone who is looking for comfort and high quality!

This was the perfect place to go with 10 adults and one toddler. We drove down from Munich, and there was plenty of off-street parking for our four cars. We were invited to a great pizza place nearby and it was such a relief to not need to go shopping or find a restaurant the first night after driving. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and air conditioning, which meant no sharing or trying to figure out when people should shower or get ready. The pool was wonderful and the outdoor kitchen and dining room was where we spent most of our time. Matteo was a gracious host and available via cell phone any time we had a question. At some point the lights and pump stopped working in the pool, and he was there within 20 minutes and had it on again within 5. The 10 of us don‘t often get together so we were happy lounging by the pool and catching up, but Matteo is full of information and made us feel as though we could always ask him for suggestions for food, sightseeing, and entertainment. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and have already recommended this place to other friends.

Villa was just perfect for us; everything you could need and want was provided down to tiny details like shower caps, toilet rolls, pool toys and cutlery for the kids.... weather was fantastic; our days out to Rovinj, Porec and Pula were great as were the local people and food!! Matteo goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly and is really helpful and supportive through-out the holiday, if you need help.
We were gutted to have to come home!!! Pls keep us updated on your properties Matteo as we will be back!! 👌🏻🤗

02.06.2018 - 09.06.2018. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und haben uns aufgrund der Lage, Größe und der Ausstattung für die Villa Klen entschieden. Bei der Ankunft merkte man sofort, dass eher unter als übertrieben wurde. Super Sauber und gepflegt vom Rasen über die Küche bis zu den Bädern. Man muss praktisch nichts von zu Hause mitnehmen. Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser, Gewürze, Geschirrtücher, Vettex etc ist alles bereits vorhanden. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine inkl. Tabs wird geboten. Mit insgesamt 3 großen Kühlschränken muss sich auch keiner um warme Getränke sorgen. (sogar mit Eiswürfelspender). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug. Zwei sind sogar zu Fuß erreichbar. Es stehen 5 überdachte und 3 freie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Matteo unser Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr bemüht und freundlich. Jeder Tip von ihm war ein Volltreffer. Er organisierte eine Bootsfahrt mit seinem Vater und sein empfohlenes Restaurant war einfach spitze. Fazit: Traumhaftes Haus mit super Gastgeber. Jederzeit wieder

Bereits bei der Ankunft ist man von der grosszügigen Villa Klen überwältigt, die Bilder im Internet versprechen nicht zu viel. Ein modernes in gutem Zustand befindliches Haus, mit allen erdenklichen Extras (beheizter Pool, sämtliche Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, Billard, Tischtennis, Kinderspielplatz und neu – für uns eine Überraschung – ein Whirlpool.
Bei unserem Eintreffen erwartete uns Matteo als sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, überall neue Handtücher, sauber geputztes Objekt, das Wasser im Whirlpool wurde vor Ort frisch eingelassen. In der Küche waren einige Nahrungsmittel für den Anfang und gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank – als Willkommensgeschenk erhielten wir eine Torte.
Auch bei Fragen für gute Lokalitäten zum Speisen oder Ausflüge war Matteo stets bemüht uns eine unvergessliche Zeit in Pula zu ermöglichen.
KURZ GESAGT: Dieses Angebot VILLA + SERVICE – für 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder) - lässt keine Wünsche offen!!!

Wir haben mit 11 Erwachsenen und 4 Kleinkindern die perfekte Woche in der Villa Klen verbracht.
Matteo ist ein unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit Kuchen, Kaffee, soft Drinks und einer Einladung in die Pizzeria der Familie empfangen. Während der Woche wurden Kleinigkeiten sofort behoben und Matteo ist sogar mit uns und unserem kleinen Sohn ins Spital gefahren und hat dort übersetzt und die Medikamente übernommen, auch wenn es offensichtlich nur eine eher harmlose Augenentzündung war.
Die Villa selbst ist überkomplett und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles neu oder zumindest in bestem Zustand.
Besonders schön war die Überraschung des neuen Whirlpools, der noch nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt war.
Wir kommen zu 100% nächstes Jahr wieder und freuen uns heute schon darauf, denn besser geht es nicht.
Vielen Dank nochmal an Matteo und seine Familie!!! Ihr seid grandiose Gastgeber einer grandiosen Villa!
Wir, (4E u. 4 Teenager ) haben vom 20.-27.10.17 einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Klen verbracht. Alle waren begeistert und die Villa bietet für jede Altersklassen optimale Möglichkeiten. Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet, alles ist in ausreichender Menge (Gläser, Teller, Schüsseln, Handtücher etc.) vorhanden. Ebenfalls stand eine Auswahl an Gewürzen, Essig, Oel, Mehl, Teigwaren, Kaffee, Spühlmittel, Lappen etc. bereit. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir von Matteo herzlich begrüsst und auch gleich zum Abendessen eingeladen. Eine super Geste nach der langen Anfahrt. Während unseres gesamten Aufenhalts stand uns Matteo mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und es brauchte nur ein Telefon, wann wir eine Empfehlung zum Essen oder sonstige Tipps brauchten. Excellent! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Punkten konnte vor allem der grosszügige Anbau mit der Aussenküche und Billardtisch wo wir uns vorwiegend aufhielten. Das Haus ist so konzipiert, dass jeder immer irgendwo seine Ecke findet wo er sich wohl fühlt und sich auch mal zurückziehen kann.

Spent 12 amazing nights in this stunning villa with a party of 12, including my 4 year old grandaughter and my elderly patents. Came home yesterday much to all our disappointment. We could have stayed forever. This is a beautiful villa with all you need for self catering. Mattaeos was a wonderful host and always helpful with anything we asked. Booking tables and recommending places. He even supplied us with a yummy cake for a birthday. I could not fault one thing snd would tecommend this place to anyone. Will be sure to book again if we can. I can see this being booked 24/7 once everyone catches on. Thank you Villa Klen. It was exactly what we saw in the pictures with extras included that made it 110% perfect

If you are looking for a very pleasant staying in Pula, Istria, you can stop searching. This place is completely amazing, the house is huge, modern and well-equipped, and the landlord, Mr. Matteo makes your staying even more comfortable. He is the kindest and the most helpful host we've ever met. He took care of some welcome surprises, and a welcome dinner in a local (also very good) restaurant. We just mentioned we want to go on a boat trip, and he organized it himself. All in all, the best you can find!We will be here again the next year!
This review is based on a two week stay, june/july 2017.
Matteo picked us up at the airport with a friendly smile, there were 11 persons in our group with lots of luggage, no problem! We arrived pretty late, so Matteo got us all 10 pizzas and drinks from Pizzaria Tivoli, which by the way is an excellent place to eat.
The villa really is a fantastic and well thought out house. It is very well equipped, every room is a unit on its own and this allowes for privacy for who resides there. The silent air conditioning in every room is top class!
The pool area is absolutely stunning and great for both kids and adults of all ages. We spent most of our days there. In the evenings, the spacious penthouse balcony with a retractable roof, is a lovely place to enjoy the sunset.
Matteo and his father also arranged a fantastic boattrip for us, which included snorkling and sightseeing. A great day out followed by a nice dinner in Fazana.
Matteo has built a great house and is himself a great person! He took me and my 3 yr old son to the hospital when he got a throat infection, stayed with us there and then took us to a pharamacy to get some much needed antibiotics.
He also personally drove one of my bags to the airport, which I had foolishly left in one of the bedrooms... Always with a smile, he gets a 5 star rating as well! :) I would not hesitate coming back to Villa Klen!

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum!
Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden (Föhn, Glätteisen, Lockenstarb, Mixer, Orangenpresse, Töpfe, Geschirrspülmittel, Gewürze, Nudeln, Mehl, Waschmaschine, Waschmittel, Trockner .... wirklich ALLES)
Absolut Top!
Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!
Matteo stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. In ca. 2 Minuten bzw auch in 5 minuten erreicht man je einen Supermarkt.
Außerdem befinden sich 2 Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe (zu Fuß erreichbar)
Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 minuten am Meer und in der Stadt.
Über Pfingsten waren wir für eine Woche in der Villa Klen. Wir waren äußerst überrascht über die großzügige Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer. Das Haus ist wesentlich besser als beschrieben. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Pool und die offene Küche! Probieren solltet ihr den Wein und das Olivenöl sowie die Pizzeria der Besitzer.

Wir waren mit 12 Personen für eine Woche in der Villa Klen. Wir wurden sehr warmherzig und gastfreundlich von den Besitzern empfangen! Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt Und übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der Gastgeber Matteo und sein Onkel, die stets bemüht waren, uns einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu bereiten und uns unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Wir, 5Erwachsene, hatten die Villa Klen im wunderschönen Pula vom 10. -17.Juni 2017 gebucht. Schon bei der Anreise wurden wir liebevoll von Matteo mit einer Torte und Getränken empfangen. Das Haus ist genauso schön wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Das Highlight des Hauses ist meiner Meinung nach der Salzwasserpool und die Outdoorküche mit Billardtisch. Alles war super sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand.Es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen und ich kann dieses Haus nur jedem mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Matteo ist sehr bemüht und spricht sehr gut Englisch, was die Verständigung total einfach macht. Das Beste an unserem Urlaub war jedoch die private Bootstour mit Matteo inklusive Schnorcheln und Schwimmen und einer Fahrt um die Brijuni Inseln. Eine Fahrt wie diese kann man so nirgendwo buchen, einfach unbeschreiblich schön!!!!! Es ist außerdem sehr zentral gelegen und der Strand ist keine 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt und man kann dort grandiose Sonnenuntergänge erleben!!!!
