Beautiful villa with private pool in Pula

The charming Villa Magnolia is located on the outskirts of Pula and is exactly the right holiday destination for families who are looking for peace and relaxation and yet do not want to be too far away from the action. The highlight of the villa is the refreshing pool with counter-current and water massage jets.

The whole family will have fun here and probably have the best time of their vacation. Relax on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the Croatian sun. The whole family can gather at the dining table on the covered terrace to enjoy meals freshly prepared on the charcoal grill on mild summer evenings. A foosball table, a table tennis table and a trampoline for children are also available in the outdoor area. If you enter the interior from the terrace, you will find an open living room. Everything is lovingly furnished and decorated. A comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table are ideal for your family to feel at home. 3 colorful bedrooms with comfortable double beds can accommodate up to 6 people. The fully air-conditioned villa also has a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. Pula or the Brijuni National Park and many beautiful beaches are within easy reach. Villa Magnolia is located in the south-western part of Istria, just 6 km from the region's tourist centre Pula. We recommend it to families with children and to guests who prefer tranquillity rather than the hustle and bustle of big cities. Besides bathing and suntanning, you can also spend your time bike riding because many Istrian cycling trails pass through or near Sisan. Just a short drive away from the villa You will find Pula. Pula is the largest town on the Istrian Peninsula offers a diversity of attractions to lovers of culture. The rich itinerary of its three thousand year old history, where every step you take through the old town is a landmark, begins and ends with the Roman amphitheatre. One of the close by must see places is definitelly Rt Kamenjak. Here You will find crystal-clear sea and beaches to suit everyone’s needs: smooth and even stone surfaces or pebbles for all generations, especially families with children or “secluded” beaches hidden by untouched greenery for those who want a bit of privacy.

Wir haben im Juni 2023 eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Traumhaft schön. Alles sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Habe sicherheitshalber meinen Thermomix mitgenommen, der aber nie zum Einsatz kam. Die Kinder waren immer beschäftigt. Das Haus steht auch in einer toller Gegend, wo es einfach niemanden gibt und dementsprechend ist es auch leise. Wir empfehlen die Villa weiter und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir haben im Sommer 2022 tolle 2 Wochen in der Villa Magnolia verbracht. Es ist sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, ein super Pool. Wir haben sehr viel Spaß gehabt. Lediglich Moskitonetze über den Betten oder an den Fenstern fehlten (-1 Stern). Die Duschbrause wahr nicht auf dem neusten Stand. Zu den Stränden wird das Auto benötigt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen - TOP.
