This rustic family villa is located in the small village of Liznjan, near to the magnificent city of Pula. Villa Marlera is a romantic stone-house, that offers a unique Istrian experience.

The house has two floors and a beautiful outdoor area with a swimming pool. The open space ground floor consists of a rustic and charming dining and living area, a full-equipped kitchen and one bathroom. Three beautifully decorated bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the first floor. Two bedrooms have one double bed, while one bedroom has a bunk bed - the lower bed is foreseen for 2 persons, and the upper one for one person. All well-appointed bedrooms have direct access to the sunny terrace from where there is a beautiful view of the surroundings. The outdoor area features a 28m2 large private pool and a calming sundeck, where you can refresh during the hot summer days or simply relax surrounded by the peaceful and quiet nature. Next to the pool there is a covered terrace, which is the perfect place where you can spend warm summer evenings with your family and friends. The house has a large lawn where you can play with your children and enjoy the time together. This house is the perfect family villa. Villa Marlera is located in Liznjan, a fishing village in south-east Istria, near Medulin and Pula. It is an ideal place for nature lovers and for those who want to relax away from traffic while at the same time close to the entertainment center. The inhabitants of this city, apart from tourism, are also engaged in fishing just like thousands of years ago. From Liznjan you can see the Kvarner Bay to the islands of Cres and Losinj. Nearby are the remains of the Roman settlement of Vizace (Nesactium). The picturesque harbor offers seafood specialties. For lovers of horse riding, there is a center for horse riding.

Es waren sehr entspannte 10 Tage. Ruhiges Örtchen, tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Alles sehr unkompliziert! Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! Haus wie auf den Bildern 👍

Kann man nur empfehlen sehr schönes Haus hat alles gepasst und Manuela war sehr freundlich uns hat es an nichts gefehlt so wie auf den Fotos . Wir kommen wieder :-)

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Marlera verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat einen großen komplett umzäunten Garten. Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet (Wlan, Fernseher, Küchengeräte, Küchenutensilien, usw) Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Im großen Garten konnte unser Hund, der ebenfalls Willkommen war, nach Herzenslust toben. Man konnte mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten (sind nur 1,5 km, aber man musste sehr langsam fahren) eine unbefestigte Schotterstraße bis ans Ufer des Meeres fahren. Das ist sehr zu empfehlen, da dort fast nichts los war. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
