The beautiful Villa Martinetinka is located not far from the largest Istrian town of Pula, in the small village of Marcana. The villa offers you complete privacy, surrounded by trees and green spaces. Grocery shops, restaurants and cafes are close to the villa, just a short drive away. If you want to explore the surroundings, 2 bicycles are available at the villa. Istria is particularly popular with cyclists, as it offers numerous cycle paths, which are directly in front of the villa. They lead through numerous vineyards and olive groves, along the blue Adriatic Sea or through many historic towns. We recommend visiting the city of Pula, which is famous for its remains from the Roman period, such as the amphitheatre. Not far from Pula is another pearl of the Adriatic, the town of Rovinj. Rovinj was a small fishing village, which over time has become a popular destination for many tourists. The town is characterised by its colourful houses and narrow cobblestone streets that create an irresistible charm. Besides the cultural sights, you should definitely try the traditional Istrian dishes, olive oil and Istrian malvasia.

Traumhaftes, sehr großes und uneinsichtiges Grundstück. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man alles braucht.. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Informationen für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir können diese Ruheoase nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder.
Sehr schönes, sehr großes und nicht einsichtiges Anwesen. Optimal auch für den Hund.
Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Zum Meer ca. 15-20 Minuten Fahrt.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Riesen großen Garten. Allerdings sehr viele Stechmücken. Wasserversorgung läuft über gefiltertes Regenwasser. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und als es Nachts mal regnete und der Hund am nächsten Morgen im Garten war waren durch die rote feuchte Erde überall Spuren von seinen Pfoten auf der Terasse. Ansonsten sehr schönes Haus. Vermieter ist voll in Ordnung.

Traumhaft schön! Eine malerische Ruheoase mit sehr viel Charme. Vermieter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Kommen definitiv wieder!
Wunderschöne Anlage. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Wer im Urlaub Entspannung und Ruhe mag, ich empfehle dieses Ferienhaus.
